Smart Building Construction LLC, with general contractor/engineer Klara Asllani, provided superior planning, permitting, execution and follow up on two Clearwater bathroom remodels. They were a delight to work with from the first in home meeting through all phases of the remodeling process. Klara exhibited a very knowledgeable and professional approach to the project which required extensive demolition. Her estimate was very competitive and material and fixture selection was first rate. The craftsmanship of the tradesmen was exemplary. They were very personable, punctual, organized and clean. No detail was too small for their attention. Their level of workmanship is hard to find in today’s environment. Klara’s design plus engineering knowledge and skill created two oasis like baths which can only be described as beautiful. We were delighted to be able to use a very talented and skilled woman owned business. I would absolutely use them again.
