Let me start off by saying, we were not looking forward to having to go through the process of finding a reliable company and getting a new roof. That being said, Brian really made the process as quick and painless as possible. He gave us a great competitive price, we had 3 estimates total. He was the only one that personally came out and didn't just send a quote through email. He's very personable and made himself available . The work was done quickly and anything we had an issue with, he was happy to fix it. We're very happy with our new roof! Highly recommend Glade's Edge Roofing!

Investing in a new roof is a very important decision. I received 7 quotes from different companies and compared everything you could imagine. The owner, Brian Mangar assured me he would treat my roof like his own home and that’s exactly what he did. The process was smooth. The finished product came out excellent. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. Brian did a fantastic job and communicates with you every step of the way. His workers are professional and did an excellent job. There are no other choices for a reroof or new roof as far as I’m concerned. Brian takes his job seriously and is extremely knowledgeable about roofs. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless it is exceptional. Glades Edge roofing was exceptional.

I highly recommend this company. I had multiple quotes from numerous companies and decided to go with Glades Edge Roofing due to the fact that the owner of the company was the person who dealt with me from the beginning to end of the process. Every stage of the project he kept me informed. Once my roof tiles we in, the entire process from tear down , permits inspection, and installation was like 3 weeks. They took care of everything from cleaning up the area around my house , around the pool and any other issues that came up it was resolved ,no stress.The main reason I choose this company above all the others that I interviewed , besides the awesome customer service was because the warranty and price was all inclusive. There were no surprises. They quoted me a price to do the job and if they needed to replace all the wood on my roof it was included in my price. I want to start off by stating that I highly recommend Glades Edge Roofing. I saw this company working on several homes on our block in Sunrise and I was impressed with what I saw. My neighbors also all spoke highly of the work they completed, the company, the staff, and mostly the professionalism of the owner Brian M.I decided to contact Glades Edge Roofing and I received a response very quickly! Sure, enough I received a call/text from Brian himself ready to set a date to visit so he can provide an estimate. What I loved immediately was the ease of communication with Brian and that he came in person to see our home and not try to provide an estimate using aerial shots from the county. That meant a lot to me and understanding this step may not be as important for others, but it made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what needed to be done by seeing it firsthand.The Permit process was fantastic! Obviously, cities always take some time to approve permits these days, but the permitting process went smoothly.Once the permit was issued the work was scheduled very quickly. Glades Edge Roofing came within the week of the permit approval and began work. I literally experienced what my neighbors were so happy with them. Excellent work, everyone on site was very professional, clean, cared for the property and got the job done. I used Brian with Glades Edge roofing to replace my skylights and roof and I can’t say enough about his company. He was extremely responsive, keeping me informed of everything throughout the entire process. He even sent me photos as the work was being done. He was both professional and personable in all aspects. I have dealt with other companies in various upgrades on my home, and have never felt as comfortable with a company as I did with Brian. I honestly can’t say enough about him and his company. Always on time and his workers continued working later than I expected. They cleaned up daily after working for more than 10 hours a day. From the moment I met Brian I knew his company was going to do my roof. He was very professional and educated on what needed to be done. He laid out a detailed schedule of what work was getting done on what day. I'm a very detailed oriented person so this was very important to me. From the materials getting delivered all the way up until the final inspection. Brian kept me in the loop, he took pictures of the progress and kept me posted on every detail. The pictures don't do the job he did justice on my house, I was very pleased with the whole experience, I will definitely recommend him and his company to all of my friends and family who are in need of a roof.

My roof was scheduled just as we went into covid19 lockdown. Working with the owner was not only easy, but reliable. He wanted to make sure the city building department stayed open so we confirmed everything with regards to permits before starting. The crew was respectful, clean, timely and for redoing a roof unbelievably neat! They respected the virus distancing and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and the professionalism. There is no doubt who I’d hire if I ever needed roof work in the future. You would do well by your finances as well by having them quote your job as they were not only competitive, but professional in their approach.

Replaced wood on eves and did not paint. The cement to hold the roof tiles was not dyed. Keep promised to come out and finish paint and still not done since February.
