As I attempted to park in my personal driveway, I was met with a terrifying experience courtesy of a driver from Red Apple Roofing Company. While I was carefully backing into my driveway, the Red Apple Roofing Company driver decided to accelerate towards me, exhibiting reckless behavior. Instead of showing basic courtesy, he immediately became irate, hurling explicit insults because I hadn't vacated the street fast enough for his liking.What's even more concerning is that upon reviewing my security camera footage, it's clear that the driver intentionally slowed down to initiate the confrontation. He then proceeded to park his vehicle in the middle of the street, blocking traffic, just to roll down his window and continue his tirade of verbal abuse.Not only was his behavior unprofessional and unacceptable, but it also posed a significant safety risk to both myself and other residents in the area. No one should have to endure such hostility simply for attempting to park in their own driveway on a residential street.I urge others to think twice before engaging with Red Apple Roofing Company, as their drivers seem more interested in confrontation than providing quality service. It's a shame that a company would employ individuals who lack basic respect and professionalism.

I cannot convey how incredibly great Red Apple is. We are so happy we chose them to do our new Roof. Roofing companies in my neighborhood have been taking 3 to 6 months to complete a roof. Red Apple gave us the best looking roof in the neighborhood from start to finish in 4 weeks. They were very competitively priced but a great value after comparing their work. At times, they have 15 guys working. Everyone was very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. They were on time. They worked on weekends. They took care of everything. And they communicated amazingly. Who does all this? Red Apple does. Dwight and Michelle were amazing. Call them. Trust me you'll be happy! We love our new roof! Quality work performed. The roof crews were polite and responsive. I can't say enough about Heather who listened to my every concern and interacted with the Owners, Michelle and Dwight. Once all the materials arrived the replacement was completed quickly. All refuse was removed at the end of each day. This company is absolutely wonderful. I had some emergency repairs to make in order for my insurance company to keep me insured and they made sure to come out right away. They made time for me that very next day. We even had a small misunderstanding and it was taken care of right away. I would absolutely use them again in fact when I have to redo my whole roof here within the next year they will be the only people I call and use. Tuesday June 15,2021 water starting coming in the house from the AC vent. I called Red Apple roofing and explained the problem. The company came out the next day. The roofers saw the leak, fixed the leak. The roofers knocked on the door when they got there, told my friend when they were done. This is what I really love about this company.They said we are leaving now and if you hear anyone in the yard it is not us. The roofer are extremely knowledgeable ,efficient and courteous. Red Apple Roofing has to be one of the easiest companies we have ever done work with. Their work is always clean, timely and done in a friendly manner. First and foremost, the customer service with this company is deplorable. When trying to get in contact with Red Apple Roofing and Construction our phone calls were forwarded to their voicemail and abundance of times and once a secretary answered the phone and asked who was calling, they placed us on hold and hung up on us almost instantly. The only way we were able to get a phone call from the company is when our lawyer reached out or when we contacted the contractor whose lives was on the permit. Once we finally got in contact with them almost 10 months from when they initially started the project, we were confronted with an abundance of excuses and false statements, ultimately calling my family and I liars. Not to mention the company left three truck loads of dirt on our property causing the city to cite us. Since we were not able to get in contact with anyone from the company my two 60+ year old parents took off work to push wheel barrels of dirt to the backyard. The owners of this company have no integrity and zero accountability for their actions. If you need any work done on your property it would behoove you to find a company that values their customer’s time and trust. For the amount of money you’re spending you should at least be able to have your phone calls returned in a timely fashion.

What an amazing team! I wasn't able to get my grandmother's home boarded up during hurricane season. There was no plywood nowhere to be found. I took a chance and called Red Apple Roofing because I knew they used plywood and may have extra on hand. Not only did they have the plywood, they delivered it and covered the windows. Thank you for putting my mind at ease knowing my grandmother's home was protected.
