After a bad experience with a roofing company replacing the roof on our house a customer told my husband about Able Sterling Roofing. The company we hired to replace our house roof took 3-4 months from start to finish on a mobile home roof. We hired Able Sterling to replace the roof on our business that Hurricane Ian damaged. Our business roof is definitely more complex than our mobile home roof but Able Sterling from start to finish had it done in 1 week! Wish I would have found them sooner to replace my mobile home roof. Zach was wonderful and kept us up to date on everything. If I could give 10 stars to Zach and the crew that replaced the roof I would. Highly recommend and I will be sure to send any customers who has roofing needs to Able Sterling Roof Company. Thank you all so much for your hard work, the roof looks fantastic ⭐️

Able Sterling has been amazing. They were tremendously helpful in contracting my roof into the closing for the selling of my home. My realtor stated they were professional and prompt with her and provided great service to her as well during the selling process.The workers were efficient, on time, very clean work, and picked up debris daily.Communication and customer service was top notch. This company is the greatest. From the beginning with a person coming to my home with samples of tile and explaining how the work will be done to the last person cleaning up when the job was finished. The workers are neat and very friendly....making sure you are satisfied or if you have any questions. They take pride in their work. The office staff is the best...they notify you when and what is going to be done as the job progresses and they answer any questions you might have. They return calls immediately if one is missed. My roof is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied.

Had roof replaced due to Hurricane Ian damage. As an observation on how the same job turned out for my neighbor, I called them. They were quick on-site for the estimate and even quicker as for scheduling and completing the job. Team Lead, never got his name, was constantly picking up debris and scanning for nails. This was important as I have 4 dogs. I even let my dogs out and they got along with the entire crew. Some of them even threw the tennis balls that were brought to them. They wanted to play:). I would highly recommend able sterling for all roofing needs. I had heard horror stories from others about other companies and honestly was dreading the process because of it. Rocco came out and gave me a quote 2 days after I called the office which was lightning fast compared to others. He was extremely professional and really easy to talk to. He walked me through the whole process and the timeliness which was very fast again compared to other stories I had heard. The workers showed the day they said they would and spent a good hour cleaning up after each day. I was very impressed to see a company who clearly values integrity, and standing by their word. I was referred to Able Sterling Roofing by a close friend of my Family after hurricane Ian. This was my first time ever having to replace a roof and it was a stressful time due to having to go through the insurance company, and having damage to other parts of the home as well. Zach Riley came to do the inspection. He was on time and he spent extra time explaining the process of having a roof replaced to me. He even went a step further and allowed me to call my brother in law so he could go over the contract with him before I signed it. The tarp went up the next day. The office personelle contacted me when the dump truck, and materials were going to be delivered. The roofers were professional, and did an amazing job with the roof. It looks better than it did before. There were no issues with roof at all. Ellen Lapergola assisted me with any paperwork I requested, and information about my inspections. Kelcey Simpson assisted me with the the invoice. Great communication from both of them. I would definitely recommend Able Sterling Roofing to my Family and friends. After hearing many horror stories from friends and neighbors post hurricane Ian I was very hesitant when it came to replacing my roof. Our insurance company left us SOL and rainy season was here so we hired Able Sterling Roofing. Office staff was very competent and communicative on keeping us updated. When the crew came out they were professional and very diligent on cleaning up after themselves. My roof looks great and I don't cry anymore when it rains.
