Just had my roof replaced by Perma Roof and what a great company to work with! They are professional, show up when they say and when they were done everything cleaned up 100%.. Amber was awesome helping with shingle choices and answering any questions etc. If your in need of a roofer I highly recommend PERMA ROOF!!

I have had Perma Roof replace the the roof on my previous & current homes. I am very happy with the quality of their work. After Hurricane Charley, the roof on my old house was fine, while the neighbors, which was replaced a few months after ours by another company, was mostly gone! Perma Roof also replaced the roof at work. I was there when the building inspector came to check it. I asked him if Perma Roof was any good. He said he they were. I asked if he would use them for his house. He said he actually did & had them do his mothers as well!Service: Roof installation

Perma Roof put a metal roof on my house back in 2003, it was a new construction house, I sold it in 2021. After 18 yrs it still looked like brand-new and pass inspection with flying colors. My parents also used them on a house they had previously owned with a shingle roof in the house there now. They have always went above and beyond and their work is on top notch. They are professional and answered every question along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for new or old construction.

I normally don't do negative reviews but after today's visit to Perma Roof I think it is warranted. I manage a condo association that Perma Roof installed a roof on in 2019. It suffered minor damage during Hurricane Ian so I thought to go back to the original installer. Calling is of no avail as all you get is a busy signal. I took the time to go to his office and was not treated well at all. He wouldn't even speak with me. I told him I was a customer of his but it did not matter. When I contracted with him it was a different story but I guess he has time when he can earn $40,000 but not enough time for a minor repair. I would not recommend him or his company due to the poor reception he gives to people coming to him for service. I would recommend that just about any other roofer would at least give you two minutes to explain what was needed. Avoid this company like the plague.Service: Roof installation

Perma Roof Contractors have been in business a very long time and over the years they put new roofs on the homes I have owned. They are very reliable and dependable. They do a beautiful job and I have had many people comment on how nice my roof looks...I have a 5-V Metal Roof and couldn't be happier! The owner as well as employees are very courteous and I would recommend them to anyone!.

We needed to replace our roof and chose Perma Roof after they were highly recommended by a neighbor.  The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Rick helped us pick out the perfect color and the owner Mark was on site several times to check on the work, the cleanup and to answer questions.  I learned afterwards that the previous roofer had installed sections of plywood that were too thin. Perma Roof replaced them at no extra charge. The price also included two high quality skylights that were so quiet that, last night, I had to go outside to see that it was raining. It was a pleasure dealing with such a competent and professional company.
