I have to say, if I can give Suncastle a 10 star review... I would. When it was time to replace our roof, we first asked multiple neighbors who had their roofs replaced about their experience. We called several companies only a few responded. Alex from Suncastle came to our house that day. We decided on Suncastle as they had the best quote and was highly recommended by one neighbor. They started to prep the next day. I was amazed the whole job was finished in 1 day. The whole Suncastle team was focused on the task at hand. From people taking off the old shingles to the people laying tarps around my house. The job manager came the next day to inspect the work as well as the clean up. He did the necessary films to close the permit as well. The team even replaced weakened boards that would cause future issues. Several days later we had our first rain. It was the first time since we owned the house, which was over 10 years that we couldn't hear the rain pitter on the roof. I can't highly recommend this team enough. We've had multiple neighbors also compliment on the great job Suncastle did on our roof. We couldn't be happier!!!

SunCastle roofing just finished our roof replacement. I was referred to this company by my neighbor. They were nothing BUT professional!! My cost was not exorbitant. I had 4 different bids.They cleaned around the property, even using a leaf blower to make everything looked good. The owner, Alex Dedovets walked around my house to be sure everything was perfect. It shows me the dedication he has for his finished job. Alex was great to work with. This man has over 20 years of experience. It only took them 2 days to complete their work. I am overjoyed by the entire experience!!!

I had my roof replaced over a month ago by SunCastle roofing. I have 15years experience with roofing in the New England area and I have to say that my experience with their team was absolutely flawless. From the office personnel to laborers out in the field, they just worked like a well oil machine . Their prices are more than reasonable and the quality of the work was world class. I highly recommend SunCastle for anyone who can appreciate high quality work and hassle free service. The owner Alex was involved in every step of the way and kept an open communication through the entire process. Alex is an exemplary business owner. That’s hard to find in Florida.

We recently had our roof replaced after Ian damage. Alex showed up exactly when he said every time. Once he was going to be 5 minutes late so he called to let us know. You just don’t get service like this anymore so they were a breath of fresh air after all we had been dealing with from the hurricane. They gave us a very fair price and did a great job. We would definitely use them again. And Viktor was great also, he tells the best stories lol.

Suncastle Roofing long known in Sarasota and surrounding counties as quality and professional company with great reputation. They did quality job for me 20 years ago and I’m choosing them over again. Tenant notified us that rainwater from a recent tropical downpour was dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom of our 2 story office building. Did a quick Google search and found Suncastle, based less than a mile from our building. Gave them a jingle and they were on site in 30 minutes! Further investigation determined daylight showing adjacent the vent stack penetration above the aforementioned bathroom along with about 30 square feet of rotted plywood decking above the Break Room --the only other vent stack in the building. It was apparently leaking for some time, but not affecting the interior, yet.Bottom line: Alex and crew patched the leaking stack within two hours of our meeting and shot me a bid for a proper repair of the rot. I agreed to his estimate, gave him a down payment and POOF! The major repairs were completed within 3 days. Because it is a two story building, they even took before, during restoration, and finished product photos form our review.Very professional. On time and within budget. Hope we don't need them again, but will keep their number on file. Highly recommend.

Alex and his staff are wonderful. Our roof was done in July 2021. It was torn off, replaced and inspected in one day. They cleaned up all the mess and left nothing behind. Our roof held up through hurricane Ian. Alex came out today to fix two hip caps and that was covered under the warranty. I would highly recommend them to do you roof. After Hurricane Ian I waited for a couple months knowing full well that all the roofers would be Super Busy. I contacted Alex the owner , he came by my house in Rotonda West assessed my roof and gave me a price. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. The "warranty" does not exist! Any problem with roof is not under warranty, it's never their fault and will tell you bunch of fairy tails. ANY repair will cost you 1k and up!They installed a 3rd layer of shingles partially here and there on roof, plywood changed here and there with tiny pieces of new one, on one of the metal poles seal missing and roof leaking! Nope it is still not their fault and will cost over 1k to fix.Thanks but no thanks. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Suncastle roofing. They put a roof on my house early 2022. After the hurricane I called and told Tom I had six missing cap shingles. He came over with the caps and put them on. I half jokingly said "while you're up there please check the gutters". He cleaned the gutters out for the entire house. At the end I ask what I owed him and he refused to take any money. You may think a roof is a roof but I will tell you to have a local company that backs their product and gives that kind of customer service in this day and age is priceless. Thank you again Tom and Suncastle roofing.

I called Suncastle Roofing a few weeks ago to get a quote on getting my leaky roof (which had been leaking for 3 years) repaired. I am a single mom, and I hadn’t been able to afford to fix it, but had been trying to save, and was hoping I’d be able to get the fix done soon before rainy season started. I found the Suncastle team to be very friendly, courteous, and responsive, and they arrived that same day to give me a fair quote. What happened next is a completely unexpected blessing that I never in a million years could have saw coming, and I am filled with endless gratitude for Suncastle Roofing and how much they have helped my children and I literally keep a roof over our heads, and just in time for rainy season! Within just a few days, the Suncastle team was replacing my roof! I found their work to be very well organized and efficient: they had the old roof off and a new one on the same day, with time to spare, and they did an excellent job cleaning up everything as well. As for the roof? It looks beautiful, and I waited a few weeks before posting this review because I wanted to give the new roof a test with all of the heavy rain we’ve been having lately. I am happy to report that my roof has been 100% leak free since Suncastle Roofing replaced it. I can’t express enough how good it feels to not be filled with dread every time it rains now. My husband and I purchased an older remodeled home. We knew it would need a new roof for insurances purposes pretty quickly upon moving in. I had seen Suncastle trucks all over town and my friend used them as well and said to give Alex a call. We did, and he met us at the new house that afternoon, gave us a quote with a couple different options. He has been in town and in business long enough that he put the previous roof on our house. That made us feel very secure in trusting a major project like that with him. We picked out shingles with Luann in his office and the office staff is just as nice as he is. When time came for the new roof to come on, the team was on time... I mean they were there at 7am sharp as we were told they would be. The team worked very hard, very respectful of your property and cleaned up as if they were never there but just leaving you with a beautiful new roof. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. :)

Suncastle Roofing was able to come out for an estimate within days of me calling, the office was a pleasure to deal with and, the gentleman, Tom who came to my house was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all the questions that I had. After getting multiple estimates for a roof we chose Suncastle Roofing because of our experience with Tom and the fact they could do the roof within 2 weeks of the contract being signed where others were booked out months. The crew that came out to replace our roof was polite, professional, organized, clean and, above all, a great group of guys. We found Alex, his office staff, his crew, timeliness, and quality of work phenomenal. Alex carefully explained the quote options and came back yet another time to help us make a final decision on which option would best fit our needs and tile selection. Victor explained what they would be doing and when. Did a great job cleaning up after the job. We needed a replacement roof and got estimates from Suncastle and another roofing company in Charlotte County. Alex met with us the same day we called, but we had to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate from the other company. Alex gave us samples of shingles and colors, and the other company gave us a piece of paper with the estimate only. Alex answered all our questions and gave us locations of recent roofs that they had completed so we could make sure that we choose the right color. The roof was completed in less than 2 days, and everything was clean when they left. We were impressed with the workmanship and also the guarantee. We highly recommend Alex and his company for any roofing needs.

Two years ago, Suncastle replaced a skylight,and 3 feet surrounding it, on our roof for $1800. Seemed really expensive, but I assumed I was getting a top quality job for that kind of money. About eighteen months later, the roof looked like it was leaking again. The recent heavy rain confirmed that, and Suncastle came out and looked, said the new leak was 6 inches from the skylight (an area they repaired), and quoted $1200 to repair the new leak. I called the owner to discuss, thinking I might get a break on what seemed a high quote for something they repaired not that long ago. He was nice enough, but said the warranty was one year, end of story. I’m not complaining about the warranty, it is what it is. But, when an expensive repair on a top quality roof goes bad in eighteen months, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to give them low marks for capability and workmanship.
