When we found ourselves in need of a new roof, we conducted interviews with numerous roofing companies. Adding complexity to our decision-making process was the fact that we had a tile roof and were contemplating whether to stick with tiles or opt for asphalt shingles or metal roofing. After multiple interviews and price quotes, we became confident that Millard Roofing was the ideal company to collaborate with. Eventually, we settled on asphalt shingles. With a multitude of choices to make regarding the product and color, the decision-making process was quite extensive. However, Brandi brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, instilling in us the confidence we needed to make these crucial decisions.The project itself was substantial, given the size of our roof. The Millard Roofing team worked tirelessly for a full seven days. Throughout the construction process, the team, including Brandi, remained exceptionally responsive. Brandi graciously handled numerous inquiries and concerns that arose during the project, never making us feel like we were imposing on her. While construction overhead is never an enjoyable experience, the Millard team was eager to accommodate our daily routines and minimize the disruption caused by their presence. They diligently cleaned up after themselves every day, and even after all the dumpsters were removed, they returned multiple times to ensure no stray nails were left behind, which was particularly important for our household with both dogs and kids.In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse Millard Roofing for your asphalt shingle or metal roofing project.Attached are before and after pictures. I am not one to leave reviews but I had to make an exception. From beginning to end, Millard Roofing exceeded our expectations BY FAR! Great communication from Brandi and the work done by Chuck and the crew was EXCELLENT! Besides the the beautiful new roof, when they were done with the job it was as if they were never here. The crew covered all our landscaping, driveway, air conditioner, EVERYTHING that could have possibly been damaged while they were working was protected BEFORE they ever started. The crew didn't wait to clean up any mess at the END of the job, they were cleaning everything up during the ENTIRE process! The following day I checked all the gutters to make sure nothing fell in there to block them and I did not find a single nail or one shred of roofing material, not ONE! Thank you to EVERYONE at Millard Roofing for giving us back the peace of mind a new roof provides. Our home is protected again and it looks FANTASTIC!!!

I knew i was going to use Millard when they came to my house to evaluate an issue free of charge. After having a few other roofing companies come out, the owner took the time to explain and help me evaluate all the proposals. Couldn’t be more honest and professional, and dealing with them was hassle-free. Their price also ended up being the most competitive, but i would’ve gone with them anyway after they took the time to get to know my preferences and goals for the new roof. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and workmanship re finished product either. Won’t use anyone else going forward!

After getting 5 estimates to replace our 20+ year old, hurricane-damaged roof, Millard was the easy choice for their professionalism and reasonable costs. I appreciated the fact that they got on the roof for a thorough assessment before giving us an estimate rather than just walking around the outside like some companies. They provided a range of quotes with various types of materials and warranties all of which included improving the ventilation system for the attic. They made recommendations as to the best systems for our home (which was NOT the most expensive option). Brandi, the VP, was always very responsive to our questions and needs from the start. Once we decided to use Millard, they had an install date for 2 weeks out - fortunately we were able to unexpectedly get early approval from the HOA only 5 days (3 business days) before the install date but Millard had everything in place to get started. Multiple shingle colors were brought to the contract signing so that we could see what they looked like laid out on the roof to help choose our color. The job took 2 and 1/2 days to complete (we had a lot of wood to replace on the deck and the fascia) the roof on our 1865 sq ft home with a 2-car garage and various elevations in the front. They put tarps over the flowerbeds to protect the plants during demo. They would periodically clean the site and did extra sweeps with a magnet in the backyard so my dog wouldn’t get hurt by nails when we took him out to do his business. They worked from around 9 to sundown, only stopping for lunch. The job included a free Wind Mitigation Study to see if it will reduce my annual premium with my home owner’s insurance or help me shop for other companies. They also pulled the permit, scheduled the final inspection, and registered the GAF warranty. Millard is a GAF President’s Club contractor which means they are the cream of the crop of their Elite Contractors: experienced, properly licensed and insured, good financial standing, up to date on the latest technology and installation practices and an excellent customer rating. The realty company that helped us find our house also recommended them. I am a first time homeowner and this is the first time I had to go through the process of replacing a roof and Millard made it smooth and seamless. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them for any future roofing needs.Service: Roof installation

Millard Roofing just re-roofed our house. They did an excellent job! Greg B. came to our house to give us an estimate and show us different shingle samples. He even placed them on the edge of the roof so we could see what they would look like with our house color. Greg is knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions. Ryan and Hector and the crew removed the old shingles and installed the new shingles in 2 days total. The crew was efficient and cleaned up everything. Earlier today, Brandi, one of the owners of the company hung up on me and hasn’t called me back. This company apparently did the roof on my $800,000 new construction home. There are wavy shingles and when I questioned her, she got very defensive and told me that the county inspectors were there.First, it’s in the City of Tampa so there is no county. Second, the homebuilder uses a private party inspection company, so no city inspectors inspected the roof. I caught her in two different lies within the first 60 seconds. When I tried to dig deeper she got very defensive, upset and hung up on me.Brandi has the snobby attitude where she tells me that she’s been doing roofs for 30 years. I cannot imagine a licensed, bonded, insured company where the owner is so immature that they will hang up on a customer.Service: Roof installation

Greg and his team are highly recommended and did a great job with our roof replacement. We called him, reviewed quotes, gave us options for different roof material companies and warranties, and had us scheduled by the next week. Even when our process was delayed by a couple of weeks due to our community HOA, he was patient and rescheduled us immediately after we received HOA approval. He does the job right and doesn't cut corners. He answered and explained any questions we had, and fully disclosed any unexpected costs to be aware of. The permit and inspection process was completed smoothly as well, and Greg himself came to do the final inspection. Awesome job and highly recommended!

This company did a great job on our new roof! It was time for a new roof, but we also had problem areas that had been repaired multiple times by other contractors, including the builder, but the repairs were never done correctly. These areas were addressed by the owner, Greg, during the re-roof. His crew completed the job in two days, and they left the yard immaculate. My father is a home inspector, and he came by to check the roof upon completion. He found no issues and was pleased with the extra work done to fix our problem areas. This company was not the cheapest, but I live by the saying "You get what you pay for." I wasn't looking for cheap; I was looking for a company who would do the job correctly. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.
