I received three estimates from different roofing companies and decided that Shingle Masters was right for me! Shingle Masters Roofing recently replaced my 18 year old roof. The team is very organized and professional. Eric and Ed were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process via phone, text, and email. I highly recommend Shingle Masters Roofing. Several neighbors in our subdivision spoke with confidence about the professional workmanship experiences they had.Moving forward…my Mom’s home needed roof repair so I immediately thought of Shingle Masters. Our family has a house down in Florida that recently needed a new roof. After calling a few places and getting bids, we went with Shingle Masters. Their salesman, Eric Rodriguez was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond, answering questions I didn’t even know I had. He was very professional, very well educated on the product and the process. The guys did a great job on the install, they were quick and efficient while doing the highest quality of work and finished 2 days ahead of schedule. The house looks better than when we bought it. STOP! Do not look any further for a roofing company!!! This is the best roofing company in the bay area. Ed, Eric, Dallas, Kris, Brandon, and Andre were phenomenal. My 22 year old roof was not leaking but I could no longer get homeowners insurance until it was replaced. From the initial call to the start of construction was less than 10 days including permitting and over the holidays. I had a large roof that took four days to complete. Andre's crew worked from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (in the dark) every day and assured the house was protected every night (rained three straight nights). Communication was exceptional, they made themselves available each morning for any questions, and all punch list items were completed by Brandon in a timely fashion. Got to meet Ed (owner) for the final walk through and review after the completion of the county inspection. COMPLETE customer service from start to finish. Pictures galore to substantiate some minor additional costs due to unknown concealed damage. More than 20 roofs completed by Shingle Masters in my neighborhood alone. In 2016 Shingle Masters was the only company that would come to do a small roof repair. So, in 2020 when the whole roof needed to be replaced, there was only one to consider. They also came to honor warranty and subsequently to make a courtesy repair. This past week, one of the pool gutters/downspouts needed repaired. Each Shingle Masters employee who has come is efficient, thorough, and diligent in their work. Why would anyone not use this honest and trustworthy company?
