I recently had a sunroom installed, and I've got to say, the experience was nothing short of impressive. The team provided an estimate that was bang on, and they laid out a timeline that was both realistic and meticulously followed. They kept me in the loop throughout the installation process, which I really appreciated. Despite a few unexpected storms, they managed to complete the installation even earlier than anticipated.I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. The level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by every employee was truly commendable. Great job, team!

Signature Specialty Contractors was great to work with from beginning to end. We added a 13'x27' screened in, covered patio with pavers onto our house. Tom came to the house and provided a quote very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. His motivation coupled with Signature's gallery is why we chose them. Tom was always very easy to get in contact with, which was a pleasant surprise. Signature handled building plans with an engineering firm and the permits with the county. They helped us get in contact with the paver company to obtain samples, which was very helpful in choosing our style/color of pavers. Once we had the building permit, they didn’t waste any time beginning the work. We got our building permit on a Wednesday and work began the following Monday morning. The build took less than two weeks from beginning to end. Everyone who came to the house was pleasant and hard-working, and that showed in the final product. Tom was always available to answer questions, even after the project was completed and on weekends. I would highly recommend Signature because of their professionalism, quality of work, timing and communication. We are very pleased with our new patio and would choose them again.

We are so very pleased with our beautiful new patio and cage. We were in Panama when the project was done and came home to a finished project. Tom and his great team took care of everything in our absence. Highly recommend.

Contacted signature specialty because my wife and I wanted to screen in our patio. Tom and Heidi were extremely professional and prompt from the day Tom came out to provide a quote until completion of the project. They provided me with all the paperwork my association requested before building and answered all of our questions, and craftsmanship was top notch. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great experience!!

What a fabulous job! Our entire screen enclosure needed to be redone after a storm. Signature Specialty came out to give us an estimate and was reasonable, insured, available and we booked it. They were here when they said they would be and the job was completed beautifully. Very impressed with the overall screen porch, installment and process! The quote was reasonable, and they handled retrieving the permit, which didn't take as long as we all expected. One gentlemen rang the doorbell to inform me he was at our house when we were expecting them.. the guys that worked on our screen porch were all very friendly, uplifting spirits(considering how hot it's been here!) I heard them periodically talking to eachother and they all seemed to work very well together, each of them had a responsibility, and their team building skills were excellent and professional! We had a minor problem with some rattling on the gutter and my husband called the office twice and they didnt get back to us right away.. he resolved the issue on his own and they called today to follow up. One text my husband was instructed to call the office directly with any concerns, another text he was advised to text the gentlemen he has been texting and communicating with since the beginning.. so that was incredibly confusing. Overall the experience performance and installation was great! I'd recommend

We selected Signature Specialty Contractors for our lanai extension project based on the many positive reviews of this company from our neighbors. This project was completed on time, at the cost quoted and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work performed. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism, work ethic, and customer care exhibited by the crew during this process. The owner of this company even stopped by our house after the first rain to make sure there was no issues with the construction. You can't do better than Signature Specialty Contractors for your next project. Heartily recommended!!

Everyone knows the old saying...you get what you pay for. But what if you could get more than what you paid for? With Signature Specialty Contractors I knew that they came highly recommended from the Home Service Review book, but I had no idea what an awesome experience this would be.My initial contact with Mike the owner of the company was almost 2 years ago. He impressed me then...and even more so when he returned this year to finalize the paper work. During the final numbers break down, he took the extra time to ask me questions about my plans now and in the future. He even asked about things that I had not thought to ask about. His attention to the little details and his fact finding skills were several levels higher than the other 4 companies I requested estimates from. Hands down...Mike was friendlier, more articulate, more analytical and just plain smarter than all of the other companies combined.From the very first day Brian (Site Foreman) and his assistant arrived they were very courteous and respectful of my property as well asmy neighbors. They parked down the street to make sure they did not block any driveways since their truck and trailer stretched almost 20 yards. I watched as they started to lug the equipment to my property. Brian greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and explained what would happen with the entire building process. This was the second time that I heard the complete step by step walk through.Everything that I had a question about was answered the same day I asked about it. The response time was phenomenal. I can't stop raving about how great a job they did.These guys are relentless in their pursuit to get the job done. I saw one of the owner's Johnny work in the pouring rain to complete a job installing several sections of screen on my neighbors house after getting referred by me. He even stopped by my house to make sure I was happy with their progress so far. I couldn't believe it. He is on another job and he took the time out to ask about mines. WOW!Their dedication to making sure my room was built to my satisfaction is truly amazing. I don't think I have ever seen any owner of a contract company visit the construction site as much as Mike did. When the job was complete...Mike and Johnny came out together to inspect the work. By the time the job was completed, I felt like Mike was an old buddy of mines and I feel like I owe him a beer ;-)When it comes to quality and commitment, there are not many companies that stand by their products and work the way Signature does. When you are looking for quotes for a screen room or any kind of enclosure, don't be tricked in to thinking every cheap price is a good deal. If you want to be happy with the money you have to spend, call them. Their work is superb.

Signature Specialty did our screened in Lani at our first house so when we wanted to screen in our porch at our second home they were our first call, they were very busy, but we would have waited months for them to do the install, we knew we would be getting professional and quality work, they’re clean and neat, on time. Their price was more than fair and would have paid more just to have them. Can’t say enough about Signature Specialty would absolutely use them again and again, can’t go wrong with them.

Owner was at job site and gave great recommendations on life of cage and what is needed future state in about three years, Exactly the type of business I want to deal with !

I would recommend Signature Specialty. They built a 30x15 lanai with pavers and we are so pleased with the outcome. It looks amazing. Tom was great to work with from the beginning. He kept us informed through out the entire process. 5 stars!!

Signature specialty did a tear down of an old pool cage and patio roof and installed a new metal roof and cage. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I received regular updates on when to expect the next step. In fact, they were done sooner than expected! The new cage is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. A+++

I had a patio put it about 2 years ago and water started coming in from the roof. I had them come out to inspect the problem, they even resealed the roof, unfortunately it did not fix the problem. I called them again to come out and they told me to buy flex seal and reseal the roof that should fix the leak. It's been raining and water still comes in. I called them again sadly to say I never heard back from them and it's been almost 3 years.

Called Tom out for a quote for my elderly mother. He quoted my mother items that she didn’t need such as rebarb and footers. These items already existed, I dug it up before I bought the house and checked. When confronted he admitted to not checking if she really needed it or not, so he assumed? I’m not ok with you taking advantage of my mother Tom, also your quote was about $2k too much. You should quote customers honestly and not take advantage of situations. Karma is real.
