Great communication and service 10*. The superior should be happy about him.All technicians so far I’ve been working hand-in-hand to mitigate any water damage and minimize further expenses. In particular Eric P. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Technician coming out is knowledgeable and and carries great communication. I would not hire any other company for Water Mitigation or Mold situations.Since there are one stop shop, I might even look into repairs with them.Thank you for making a painfully experience better with your service.

I really enjoyed working with Andrew on this project. He was professional, specifically point on, and totally worked around my schedule. There were a few bumps in the road, but nothing that Andrew didn't address and take care of immediately. Andrew made sure that everything was 100% from start to finish. Follow through from A to Z! I had water damage. They dried out the damaged area, coordinated EVERYTHING with the insurance company. They completed all necessary paperwork for the insurance company and followed through weekly until it was approved. Once approved, they communicated with me, ordered materials and scheduled work. They followed through with everything they promised in a timely and professional manner!! The project manager, Ryan, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Roy and Eric worked quickly and efficiently on our mold remediation project. It took them two days to demo our upstairs bathroom, and they cleaned up so nicely at the end of the day-you couldn’t tell work had been done!! They explained the process beforehand and answered questions we had during it. As our project manager, Andrew kept us in the loop, explaining possible scenarios and returned our messages promptly! He came both days to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Very professional and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them!

We had a cold water pipe burst and flood an entire side of our home. As we are in Florida, mold is a concern. Our plumber (who found and repaired the leak) recommended Entrusted for water mitigation.I have to say, they were outstanding. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and with great attention to detail. We had 6 different employees in our house over the following 6 days and they all performed at the same high standard. That is not easy to do and I credit the leadership of this company for their standards.They come into your life at a low point, following a really bad event. They are calm, patient and reassuring, but they tell you the truth of the implications. For us, it was the hardwood floors we installed 18 month earlier were toast.I hope you never have to use this company. But, if you do, and are reading this review in an emergency situation (like I was) you can trust these guys to do a really good job with the emergency water mitigation process.

I can not say enough positive things about Entrusted. Hands down, the best customer service. Cameron and Gonzalo were both great. But we spent the most time with Albert and his crew. Albert explained everything to us. His crew was prompt arriving when they said they would. The crew was careful and cleaned everything up when done. The project was done in the time they said it would be. Albert inspected the finished product to make sure it was done correctly and looked good. Not many out there anymore like Albert and his crew. They were awesome.

From the beginning to the end of our home repairs, we were well taken care of. We were walked through all the steps of our insurance claims & the mitigation & repair process. Entrusted worked hard to make sure we received all our monies due from our insurance carrier. All scheduling was coordinated for us. The entrusted employees were all very professional, kind, calm, neat & efficient. The work was impeccably done. They cleaned up & removed all debris. The company responded quickly to our flood in three rooms. Jordan did a very thorough inspection and remediation. He explained things clearly and was not rushed. The company came immediately to begin the problem resolution. We had water damage in our utility room. The company quickly diagnosed the major problem and explained clearly the steps it would take to mitigate the area. Soon afterward another representative from the company set up two machines to dry out the area. The machines worked all night. The following day another representative from the company checked the progress. He determined that after spraying the area once again that no other mitigation was necessary. We were very satisfied that it would not be necessary to remove any more part of the room. I appreciate the honesty. All company representatives were friendly, but courteous and professional.

We had a shower pan leak the day before we expected house guests. We were immediately set up with dehumidifiers and an air scrubber. Entrusted team was prompt, friendly and efficient. We were kept informed of what to expect on a daily basis. They showed up on time and answered any and all questions. We had a written road map of the program and phases of the project. If I could give 10 stars I would! It was a reassuring feeling to be in such good hands.

Patrick and Jared were fantastic with the first day of install for the cleaning. We are tenants of the property and had our water heater blow and spill water everywhere. Not only did Patrick show up within 30 mins of being called but both him and Jared were very knowledgeable, kind and had no problem answering our many questions. Gustavo arrived within hours and was very knowledgeable about my mold problem from a toilet leak. He walked me through what was happening and how to resolve it. The team came over the next few days to take care of it, I felt I was in good hands and they luckily didn’t even have to tear the other wall down to get rid of all the moisture. Entrusted receives my highest recommendation! My refrigerator leaked and ruined my kitchen, and my insurance company recommended Entrusted as trustworthy and reliable. They were right! The damage was quickly assessed and repairs made. They arranged for a temporary sink and I was able to live in the house until the whole job was done. The designer heard me out and presented wonderful ideas for types and colors of cabinets, backsplash, countertop, flooring, and paint. They finished the remodel as fast as they could and it’s perfect. Then, as fate would have it, my washing machine leaked and ruined the laundry room. Entrusted came right back with the same amazing work. James S kept in close touch with us throughout and managed all the various crews one right after the other with both skill and heart on a timely basis. The sub-contractors were great, super easy to work with, very high quality work. I felt comfortable with each person in my home. Highly recommended... This past week, my parents had a flood emergency at their home and we engaged Entrusted to handle the mitigation and repair work. Each member of the Entrusted team has been outstanding in their professionalism, capability and communication. The people performing the onsite work were sensitive to my parents' concerns and explained everything and arrived on time and got the job done. The construction manager was particularly attentive to my parents' needs and helped calm them and reassure them along the way. From the initial assessment, through the cleanup and restoration, the job went smoothly, everything was done cleanly, with high quality and on schedule.
