I absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to redo their roof. After searching through many companies that do roofing and sheet metal, I came across this company. I usually go by what people say. After researching some awful reviews on competitors, I discovered Florida roofing and sheet metal. Florida roofing and sheet metal did an outstanding job replacing my old shingle roof with standing seam metal. They literally replaced my roof in a week, I only had a dumpster in my driveway for 2 days. Everything looks absolutely perfect, also our new solar exhaust fence is a great plus to a roofing job. Jorge supervised all the work here. It just shows me that as far as Jorge is concerned, longevity prevails. I highly recommend Florida roofing and sheet metal for anyone. Extremely professional and excellent workmanship!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal! I interviewed and researched 6 Roofing companies! Hands down a slam dunk with this company. I dealt with Jorge and want to say he is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, organized and true to his word! I am a very picky person and hard to please! I wish there were more Jorge’s out there in this world - it would be a happier peaceful and joyful place. We had another roofing company that caused and recked havoc and was a total nightmare. It rained in our house and wrecked our new kitchen. When I found Jorge after firing this nightmare of a company he found ways to improve things that nobody even recommended very seasoned veteran in this field of roofing. I am a better person after encountering Jorge and his company Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal. The owner Brandon was extremely kind and helpful along with the office woman there, she always seemed to go above and beyond as well. Look NO further this is the company for all your roofing needs. I promise you one thing about Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal they are a true gem of a company. They care and take integrity in everything they do or say. On 2/18/2022 a project was negotiated with FR&SM for a scope of work in three parts 1. Install two solar tubes 2. Cover opening above front door. 3. Install skylight in covering. We were quoted $7200 for the work.We changed the size of the skylight in part 3, and were requoted $7500While waiting for information on the solar tubes to be used, the 30 day validity of the offer expired and the project was postponed.Resuming the project after summer, we received a new offer from FR&SM on 10/20/2022 for exactly the same scope of work. The price was now £14,450. The quote was $3500 for part 1, and $10,950 for parts 2 and 3. No explanation was given for the increase in the price.We abandoned parts 2 and 3 immediately, but because of need and time constraints, accepted the offer for part 1. The work was completed most satisfactorily on 11/8/2022 by a subcontractor Solatube, who used the opportunity to provide training to FR&SM personnel on installing solar tubes.The result of the project part 1 is satisfactory. However, we note from googling, that a price of $700 to $1000 for the installation of a solar tube in Florida is regarded as normal, which compares unfavorably with the price of $3500 which we paid to FR&SM for the installation of the two tubes.This information is offered without further comment in explanation of our review rating.Service: Skylight installation

I contacted Florida Roofing to replace my dilapidated roofing, fascia, and soffit on my home. The previous roof installed 15 years ago was shingles, and the quality didn’t hold up , so I chose to go with a metal roof because I wanted confidence I wouldn’t be replacing it again anytime soon. I was not disappointed with the work performed by this company. The working crews were very methodical in each of their disciplines and efficient in getting the job done. I very much care about the “little things” and everything I asked about was worked to my satisfaction. Much of the time while the workers were here I often felt like they were working on their own homes. I could not believe how fast they were shingles, tear down and new roof on within 3 days.
