Made an appointment for installation of a ceiling fan. Had to wait 3 days. Was given a 2 hour window from 2-4 on a Monday. I called at 1:45 and was told I would receive a call. At 4:05 I called again since I had not heard from them, the person on the phone assured me I would hear from someone which I never did. Would not recommend this company if you need something done.

i called to request tv wall mounting, someone called me back to discuss the job and said they'd be out next day. Never heard from them. I called to see the status update this morning and was literally hung up on several times. Someone picked up and hung up 5 times.

Me and my sister are living in the same room. We got a problem with our roof as it was leaking. We don't know how to solve it and thanks to JOJ Handyman Riviera Beach ! They arrived on time and fixed it. They were so polite and nice!

Since Friday that I made an appointment with a woman named Erica I repeatedly ask to be given a paper receipt to show proof to my insurance company that a pvc shut-off valve was replaced and we agreed on a $200 fee for everything then on Sunday when the plumber came he was asking for an extra $50 if for the parts if not he wouldn’t do the job, he did do the job and when asked for the receipt he said they would email me one which tonight is 11:46 as I write this they NEVER SENT ONE and after more than 9 recorded calls every one I spoked to gave me the run around saying that the plumber had to come in to put the service in the computer which is Thursday night right now and never received anything, it’s a clients right by law to get a business receipt for a service done and I honestly believe that the only reason they haven’t given me a receipt is because they’re operating without a license, I have this plumber in color videos since the time he walked in left came back again and finished the job and even the conversation we had outside while doing so and I have recorded every call and conversation with this business and I will b taking legal action against them cuz it’s wrong what they did knowing I needed that receipt to have my home insurance validated and approved and now I have to pay another company to redo the job and get a receipt for my home insurance, NEVER EVER WILL I WORK WITH THEM SO LEARN FROM MY STORY BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH JOJ HANDYMAN.Service: Plumbing fixture installation
