The owners of this company should be very proud of the employees they have running this location. I've been to many different metal companies and this one is by far the best. The employees are respectful and knowledgeable.They always take the time to make sure you're satisfied with your order unlike other companies that always rush.Their shelves are well stocked from stainless to aluminum and everything in between and they've always had what I was looking for.I always bypass other companies to get to here and always recommend them to anyone looking for a metal store.

I recently had a unpleasant experience at Metal Supermarket! Walked into shop in Miami. Spoke with lady at front desk gave my name, number, and spec's of metal needed. Everything seemed fine. She said it was a special order and will give me a call back. Waited five days no call back. I called back and spoke with Pedro. Gave my name, number, and spec's again he said i will call you back. That was a week ago, i guess they have bad customer service!

Great service and prices are very reasonable. I needed alum welder for a pergola and someone there recommended Mike at Light-Burn Welding who did a fantastic job. Now when I need metal or welding I have my top two favorites thanks to metal supermarkets.

Absolute pleasure working with Virginia and Matt. They were outstanding across the board in in every way. When i showed up unexpected to make an addition/change to my order that required some cuts, in less than ten minutes Matt was loading my Promaster.

Chip and Matt were awesome!! I came by on a Saturday and was a little overwhelmed before I arrived as this was going to be my first metal project. Matt made all of my cuts for me which really helped with my project. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to fabricate with metal.

Out of the many metal retailers I've been to this place knocks every one out of the park! Prices are fair, customer service is above and beyond and their facility is clean and welcoming to all types of customers. I'm never going anywhere else again!

Just like any big box stores this place is a goldmine. It has everything in metal, aluminum etc. Stop by you will be happy you did. Folks there are great people.

I was driving by on a Saturday and the business sign cought my attention. I stopped in to get a quote on some steel H-Beams that i've been needing as roof supports for a pool side bar project. I walked in to a very clean and new lobby. I was greeted by Chip Jones, whom was wearing a protective mask and had sanitizer throughout. He was professional, very informative and took very good care of me. Chip followed up with an email quote, as promised, the following Monday. Pricing was great, but most important to me, was the level of customer service that I received. I will continue to use Metal Supermarkets West Palm Beach for my future metal needs!
