I would advise anyone against using Pace for their roofing needs. The quote was cheap, but from the moment the deposit was made, my life could not have been more difficult, and continues to be. FWIW, careful readers might notice that many of the 5-star reviews here are from people with a handful of reviews, but the low reviews, like this one, are very detailed and from people with many reviews. Do what you want with this information.My old roof was taken off on June 19, 2023, which allowed Pace to bill me the first 40% or so. Water immediately started pouring in through exposed holes, which I notified them (George) about. Kory, the production manager, said (June 21st) that they would “do my darndest” to the roof finished by July 3. Without any roof on, every time it rained (through a Florida rainy season) water poured in, much worse than before, and in new places.On July 13 Pace showed up to start putting the metal roof on, and immediately billed me the next 40%. The day I made payment, they stopped work, and left it half finished. Got a correction notice on July 27. August 8th I chased for an update (Trant), and they finished an area on the front.August 22nd & 24th I emailed for an update on the continually leaking flat roof, the newly leaking dormers, and the screws and nails all over the property (see pictures).September 5, another load of water came in through the flat roof that still hadn’t been dealt with. The new floor I put down was coming up by this point because of leakage and damage underneath, so I emailed again.On September 16, no reply to the email, another load of water damage, so I informed them that I was would report them and consider litigation if the roof wasn’t finished in a week. Two days later, they did a chunk of the remaining work, but not all of it. I emailed on September 21, 22, 27 and 28 before getting a reply that the remainder of work was scheduled.On October 10 the inspection box was taken away, but nails and screws were still left all over the place driveway. They eventually cleared them up and sent the final invoice. I asked them to tidy up some loose wires, grass they had killed by leaving sheets of metal on them, and bolts left in my driveway, and after a couple of months, it eventually happened. I called to make payment, only to be told they had no record of any monies owed. Two weeks later, they called and asked for payment.If only that was the end of it… January 2024 some new flashing started to peel off and a piece of metal fell off the roof, so I called Pace. Twice they scheduled it & no one came out - no one at the office let me know either time. Third time (Weds. Feb 23) someone came out and said the work would be scheduled by the end of the week. A month later, I’ve now called six times for that work to be scheduled. I have also yet to receive the roof warranty, which no-one there knows how to print out. I usually speak to Linda, but also Susan, but neither are able to get me the warranty, or find out when the roof will be fixed. “A note will be left on Trant’s desk” but never a call back.Getting a roof done is a major job, certainly one of the most important projects any person will undertake on their property. Mine cost $66k. Unfortunately, even when paying that kind of money, a 10 day job can be stretched into many, many months of aggravation, negative experiences and continued property damage. At this point I am approaching a year of aggravation with Pace Roofing, still chasing a warranty and repairs to my not-even-6-month-old roof. Getting a copy of the warranty is difficult, getting service is difficult, getting a call back is close to impossible. When you are working with a company that promises one thing and delivers another, or completely disregards customer service, actual service, maintenance, and even the common courtesy of letting you know that no-one is showing up to a scheduled appointment, over and over again, it is infuriating. Hopefully on a decision as major as a roof, people will do their due diligence and choose another path.

I wouldn’t use this company at all. They are currently working at my neighbors and they completely trashed my backyard with debris and full of rusty nails. They are also working without a harness from a second floor property where if they fall.. they will die.I have a dog and two daughters that could easily get hurt by the rusty nails from their debris. This company doesn’t follow proper safety procedures nor i think they care based on the lack of respect.

We don't usually write reviews, but we absolutely had to this time. Pace Roofing completed a roof repair job for us and was so efficient. They were prompt and also did a great job on clean up, leaving no extra materials or so around.Above all though, what really did it for us though when it comes to being returning customers, was the manager's, Dario, impeccable level of customer service. Customer service is Really important to us when we are shopping around for any company we may be planning to utilize services with.Dario really took the time out to explain everything to us and provided us with a fair outcome regarding a concern we had. His level of customer service really puts Pace roofing company on a different level and is truly unmatched...Thank you again

I will not use again. They completed roof repair for me with a 6 mos warranty. Of course after the 6 mos, my roof begin leaking again in the same exact spot. There’s no way the roof was repaired properly the first time around. And seeing that it’s leaking from the same exact spot, they didn’t even offer to work with me on the repair. Who has money to keep paying this company to come and patch things up until 6 mos later to get patched up again.

Fast, attentive, and responsive - these are the qualities that impressed me most about the team. They promptly sent a representative to my house to provide a quote, and when I had a follow-up question, they replied to my email in no time. I was particularly impressed by the speed of their service. Within just a week of receiving the quote, they completed a new roof installation.

Pace roofing replaced three old skylights and also repaired the flat sloped roof over our porch. The crews were professional, courteous, and kept the area around the house clean. The crew that completed the "punch list" for the porch flat sloped roof were very helpful and kept me informed of all they did. I liked the office personnel, as they were responsive, pleasant, and very detail oriented on all the contracts, and explained any inquiries I had. I called Pace after my usual roofing company quoted me higher than before for what was an initial small issue. Pace came out same day like the other roofer, took a little longer than the other company would but locked in a date and showed up on that date. They not only beat the original price I used to pay the other company (without knowing the price) they went above and beyond with the repair and took care of everything including excellent cleanup unlike the other roofing company I used that never cleaned up all particles of matter that fell from the roof while repairs are done. I will give this business to my friends in the future. Too bad I didn't find you sooner, you are respectful, fair priced, responsive, and assuring. Best yet, no leaks anywhere near the repaired area over 6 months now even with heavy rains. Good times!Service: Roof repair

Selecting the right roofing company for our new 6852 sq ft custom home was going to be a challenge. With so many roofing companies out there we decided to contact the manufacturer of the roofing material that we chose for our home. Over the last 10 years Pace Roofing performed 2 repairs on my roof, the last one approximately 3 years ago.When I made the call for that repair I told the person I spoke with that I thought I needed a new roof.They sent their new roof person (Taylor) to my home who inspected my roof and told me that I did not need a new roof and there was still "life" left in my existing roof.In October of 2020 I received a letter from my insurance carrier letting me know that my policy was not being renewed due to the age of the roof.Pace just completed my new roof and exceeded my expectations. The team that came to my house were outstanding and it seemed to me like they knew exactly what to do needing little supervision. This includes not only the roof but gutters and clean up of the premises.This project was not without pandemic challenges with the supply chain but the Pace (including the inside support) team made it the best that it could be.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof installation

Just completed my new roof job by Pace Roofing, and it looks great! I shopped around and got several quotes. Taylor explained the details of the Roofing system and took the time to answer all my questions. Taylor made me feel comfortable with choosing them. Once the job was going, Adam was my contact in the office, and he was professional and addressed my concerns. During the work, Dale was the foreman on the job and he was outstanding at running the crew and making sure everything was done correctly. Benjamin and Jovanny came back for punch list items and they provided good attention to detail.

I am a Realtor and my seller needed a roof repair for a roof leak. This occurred while we were selling and during a very busy, crazy market (and the tail end of the COVID shut down). Pace Roofing was honest & upfront about being booked out 2-3 weeks, but my seller and I agreed to wait, as we both had worked with them in the past and trust their work. When they came, the roofers spent several hours on the repair and then took photos as I requested and Allison e-mailed them to us. (We wanted them to show buyers the evidence that the work was properly completed.) They finished the work in a day. When I originally called to request the photos to be taken before the guys came down, I spoke with Allison P. We are so pleased with the professional service provided by Pace Roofing. Everyone was so pleasant and extremely helpful in the office and the roofers were just as great! The job was done beyond my expectations, they had everything finished including all the permits/inspections were done in just a few days, unlike other roofing companies I see leave home owners with their roofs not finished for months. We have had some really bad experiences with remodeling and were very nervous to do our roof but we lucked out and picked a great company. Our experience was very positive starting with the salesman and ending with our project coordinator completing the job in a very timely manner despite hurricane Mathew. Our project mgr kept in touch throughout the process and was always available to quickly answer questions and deal with any deal with any unexpected events. Couldn't ask for better customer service and we got a beautiful roof and gutters for the bargain. We got 10 quotes and Pace was very fairly and competitively priced too.

Pace Roofing has once again exceeded my expectations. Five years ago Pace removed my old roof and installed the current roof. They did a superb job. Last week, I noticed some wood rotting on the front of my home. Water damage took it's toll over the past several years. I made a call to Pace and left a message after hours. The following morning they returned my call and had John inspect the damage.that day. Adam followed up and said the repairs would be made the following week. Well, Benjamin and Miguel showed up on schedule and spent most of the day making the repairs. The wood was not part of the roof structure but rather wood on the exterior of my home. Pace roofing and the team that works there is first rate. They built me a great roof and backed it up with their warranty. Just as IRMA was dying down, someone's water system was whipped off its mount and flung down the road and over my house knocking multiple tiles off my ridge vent and the surrounding areas. I had used Pace eons ago when I first purchased this property in N county & thank goodness I held on to their #. I called Pace in a panic not expecting anyone to be able to get out to my place for a while. To my surprise, they already had a crew in the area which dropped by & installed a temporary patch until they could order new tiles to match my existing roof & complete the job. They did complete the job in record time & at a very fair price!! I cannot recommend this company enough. Use Pace for your roofing needs - you will not regret it!

I'm not at all pleased to give this poor review, but if it saves one person the aggravation and money Pace Roofing caused our family, my displeasure is worth it. We contracted Pace Roofing to do a complete tile re-roof on our home. The salesman was extremely knowledgable and professional. The workers who did the work from demo to completion were also extremely professional, courteous and exceedingly hardworking. Our problem lies with Pace's project manager, Adam, negligence by Pace's tile supplier, Entegra, and Mr. Pace's handling of Entegra's negligence. To make a very long story short, not only did Entegra's brick lull literally pulverize our driveway, I was coerced into signing a waiver by Adam while Entegra was offloading the tiles. To add insult to injury, Entegra's rep and Mr. Pace both refused to accept responsibility for the damage caused by Entegra. After spending $28,500 to replace our roof, we were then forced to pay $5K out of pocket to replace our driveway. The bottom line is this: Pace employees do great work, but make certain you DO NOT sign any waivers for property damage and make certain you protect yourself at all costs. I
