Met with Dominick for a quote based on a recommendation of a friend that had 2 roofs replaced by RoofPro. Dominick’s quote was cheaper than the other guys and we liked Dominick better that the other guys, so we decided to move forward with RoofPro. We went with metal roof with the hidden fasteners. The install went smoothly, and we are happy with our roof and RoofPro. I would and have recommended them to others.Service: Roof installation

Everything about my experience with RoofPro was just bad. They charged a deposit and promised they’ll start in 2 business days, they didn’t show up until 2 weeks later (!!!). The crew didn’t seem very professional so hired an inspector to check the work and unsurprisingly he found many safety hazards and installation mistakes. A roof replacement is a major expense so I naturally got a few quotes. I decided to go with Roof Pro and have never looked back. Dominick and the team were fantastic! Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. My roof looks great and my neighbors are envious. I cannot recommend Roof Pro enough. Great company! Had to wait a few months to get job done because they are so backed up, however they came highly recommended so i waited. Job went smooth, crew kept my yard clean throughout work. Not once was there garbage/roof debris scattered everywhere. New roof looks really good, clean work. NO LEAKS! They replaced some of my fascia board and some of plywood due to previous leaks. Ladies in office were also great to deal with. Entire company very professional and polite. Nothing bad to say, they made everything very easy and painless. Highly recommended to anyone looking for new roof. Also prices were very reasonable.

RoofPro just put a whole new tile roof on our house and did an excellent job! Roof turned out beautiful. Roofpro not only gave us one of the best prices around but was very dependable and communicated timely with us as we went through each phase of repairing and replacing our roof. After Irma hit in 2017, I got 17 different quotes from roofers from Vero to West Palm, Roof Pro had the best pricing, warranty and payment plan compared to the others so I chose to go with them. It was explained to me up front that they were several months behind but I chose to go with them anyway even though there was a 6-month wait. About a month before my start date a leak was exposed, I contacted Roof Pro and they showed up 2 days later to do the roof! Even though I had a few issues with debris and my ridge vent, the owner, his son and office personnel made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful! I am very happy with them and would recommend them to others. I would give 5 stars but due to the issues I had to give 4.

Dominick Agostino and Roof Pro installed a new metal roof for us in Jupiter area about 5 years ago. They did a great job; after 5 years now it looks as good as day installed. I understand roofing installation in Florida can be a risky decision with fly by night outfits; but from the time I first met Mr. Agostino I sensed a good business man; he and his company were first rate in every respect for this week long project that was well done. Dominic Agostino, the owner of RoofPro is a very nice guy!!! A couple of years ago he and his competent team replaced the flat deck over our patio. They were pleasant, easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. The week before hurricane Matthew arrived, I called him to have a couple of minor repairs done that were a requirement to close on the selling of our house. This was a small job! Dominic, his office staff and the two gentlemen who came out and took care of this repair, raising the level of priority with the storm fast approaching that I would think would only happen with a very large important job. THANK YOU RoofPro!!!!

I live in New York and have a home in Florida which I stay at during the winter months. I contacted RoofPro to repair a leak in the roof by the garage and dining area. I was in New York when the repair was completed. My house sitter went to the house to do a check on the home and found water in the garage and dining areas again. I immediately contacted RoofPro and then said they would make the repair as it was under guarantee. Obviously, they didn't send a professional the first time to repair the problem. Now again in the summer, the spot reappeared in the same spot! I again contacted RoofPro and Dominick said that they would take care of the repair as again it was under warranty. I had my house sitter meet with Dominick in August and they repaired the same problem again! Dominick told the house sitter that it was only a temporary fix that would last 6 months. Myself and my office have called, emailed and had the housesitter contact RoofPro to get an answer on what has to be done on my roof and I still can't get an answer. This is the most unprofessional company and I have ever dealt with. I am a retired builder of 40 years in New York and have never experienced this before! BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend to my worst enemy!UPDATE: In response to the owners response: I paid over $3000.00 for the repairs on the inside of my house after Roofpro was supposedly repaired my roof. With no insurance, I had to paid out of pocket. I never went back to Roofpro for compensation for these repairs. I was also advised by Dominick that the men working on my house were fired after the terrible job they did. There is no outstanding balance with them.I still need to have a company go to the house to check to see if there is mold from the repair he was supposed to fix! After my office spoke with Debra on Oct. 4, 2017, she told us again that they would forward the pictures and all documents. Today, Oct. 12, 2017 I still have nothing! When I agreed to allow Dominick back on my property for the third time, it was our agreement was he would forward pictures to me upon the completion of his work. Dominick spent only 1 hour at my home, what kind of repair could be done in this time?

Do not use them! Pulled bait and switch on us. First, they quoted us half of what all roofing companies charged us (around $1600) for repairs to get our business. Then, they kept on increasing the price once our roof was torn up and the total price ended up being close to $5,000 when everything was said and done! We could have put on a new roof! We just had an honest roofer come out a year later who told us the entire roof needs replaced and the wood is rotting where these guys charged us to replace it and there are several leaks where work was supposedly done!! Beware don't use them! Complete RIP off! Now, we have to pay $12,000 for a new shingle roof!

Roof pro replaced the roof on my parent's house. My dad has been a commercial builder for 60 years. He was taken with the quality of the materials and Roof Pro's craftsmanship. We received other bids that were much higher and used inferior products. We were completely satisfied. They were a pleasure to do business with.

Called Kathy at Roof Pro she set appt to come out & inspect roof, called them to confirm appt Friday. Dominic Agostino/pres. gave est. Set date to do work & complete. Excellent job. This company is very professional and honest! The repair was hassle free, Dominic explained what needed to be repaired. We set the date and all work was completed. Excellent service. If we need roof repairs or new roof in future we are calling Roof Pro. I had 5 different roof companies come out to give est's most didn't even give me the est or even call back and most wanted to see a new roof, rather than repair. Even though Dominic said my roof is fine.

After a 2014 bill for $1650 for roof repair; a 2015 bill for chimney repair, when the roof started leaking again, it still leaks. Getting to get them to come out an honor their warranty was a next to impossible. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this company.

I have been scheduling several quotes from various roofers. I had been up front especially with people rescheduling, that some appts would overlap and NO ONE had any concerns with this. Except RoofPro. They pulled up behind another truck, sat there for a few minutes while I stood in the lawn waiting(without them acknowledging me), and drove off. I called them 4 hours later to find out what happened (I thought they would come back), and they said it was disrespectful to have multiple companies at one time. She was polite, but made no attempt to reschedule. I question the integrity of any company who doesn't respect multiple quotes for a job, or makes no attempt to be competitive. I say no attempt to be competitive, because they made no attempt to even reschedule. Its as if they saw another truck, and didn't even want the work. LEAST they could have done was introduce themselves and express a desire to reschedule. They chose to drive off and not provide a courtesy call. $25,000 cash budget on 1200 sq ft home. There loss.

On 'time with very good workmanlike attitude of employees. Not enough rain to test integrity of repair. Only unhappiness is contract clause that requires payment for plywood replacement whether it is needed or not.
