Just had our home re-roofed by All Around Roofing and Exteriors and had to give our review. 5-star service! Shane and the crew were great, the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Great care was taken by the crew to ensure we had NO mess to clean up after the job. I highly recommend Shane and the guys from All Around, and I think you will also if you choose them for your roof!

Ashley came out to give us a quote, she was not only a sweetie, she was very professional The crew was great, very clean and quick on the job. If I hear of anyone needing a new roof i would not hesitate to refer All Around Roofing.

My Experience with All Around Roofing was an overall good one.Upon setting up the initial meeting with the representative assigned to me, everything went very smoothly; they were very professional and guided me though every step of the process. I was never pressured into any decision or extra service that I did not want, and they were able to accommodate meeting with at times that fit my schedule, which I really appreciated. Everything leading up to the job was very timely, the only delays encountered were in dealings with my own insurance company (not unexpected). Once the permits were secured they began work immediate, and completed it quickly and efficiently.The one knock I have, and the reason I left off a star, is that after the job was done, the process for making the final payment and closing the job felt relatively disjointed compared to how smoothly things went earlier in the process. It took a couple tries to have the final invoice sent to me, and, upon handing in the check for the final payment, there didn't really seem to be any formality. All I got was a sheet of paper for my insurance declaring the cost of the roof and when it was replaced. Now that I think about it, I don't know that I even got any kind of actual receipt. Maybe I'mjust overthinking it, but if there is room for improvement it would be in their process for closing out a job.Roof looks great though

We had a good experience with All Around Roofing. John, our project manager, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. If we had any questions he was quick to respond and he ensured all our needs were met. The roofing crew were courteous and completed the installation quickly.

AMAZING! Professional from day one. Did exactly what they said in lightening fast time. BTW I’m not a pro reviewer, I’m just that stoked. We tried three companies and couldn’t get it right until All Around Roofing. Recommended by our insurance company, verified happy by our mortgage company. Inspection passed fast, permit perfect! They even replaced several boards to make sure it was done right.

All Around Roofing Installed a new roof on our home August 20019 and 4 months later the roof leaked, they never did a repair. The Owner/CEO of the company approved materials for repair, then terminated the relationship with that contractor. Then the Owner/CEO stated he believed the issue was our skylight, but he never came and looked at it! We had to hire another company for the repairs and pay out of pocket as we were sick of dealing with this company after 6 plus months. We would not recommend them to anyone! Not honest or professional at all!

I was in the process of getting 3 estimates to replace a flat roof and main roof of my townhouse. Gary showed up when another company was already here. He became very belligerant with me, asking why I was trying to get estimates when they would take whatever the insurance company approves, then he accused me of trying to get my deductible paid for. I am not a dumb woman and felt very belittled by Gary. He never went on my roof and it didnt appear that he even had a ladder in his unmarked truck. I am interviewing companies that arent going to take advantage of me or the insurance company. Plain and simple. Please retrain Gary to provide respectful customer service in any situation.

Set up an appointment for an estimate 12 days in advance. Received multiple emails and computer generated texts confirming the appointment then, Ben did not show up. 2 phone calls, 2 texts, and 2 days later, still no followup. Total waste of time to deal with these guys.
