My home had cedar siding that was in dire need of replacement. I was going to have the siding replaced with more siding, but when Clayton came to do an estimate, he presented me with the idea of redoing the entire exterior with stucco instead. I hadn't considered that, but I am extremely happy with that alternative. The estimate was roughly the same, and I was thrilled to get rid of siding for good! It was an enormous project, but Clayton and his crews were very professional and attentive. I decided to add a stone veneer to the front of the house, and now I have a beautiful new look to the exterior of my home! There were challenges along the way with skyrocketing material costs and supply shortages, but Clayton stayed with it and got the job done. I needed some windows installed and multiple folks replied. Clayton from Eco Systems was the only one to actually come out and look before quoting. Upon asking a couple of others about coming out to verify what had been found by Clayton that would need work, they ghosted me.Eco Systems arrived promptly on time and completed the base install very quickly. I called them to inspect my chimney and see what needed to be done. Someone came out and looked at the chimney and showed me the flashing repairs required, and thee shingle repairs required. He also explained thee repairs to give me the option to fix it myself. Lastly for the damage to the stone inside of the house he showed me the method for repairing that as well. High quality products and they put out the extra effort adding sealant to the roof trim where the builder didn't and trenched around the house so the seal and paint went all the way down. I will not hire this contractor again, nor would I recommend him. I had 2 small bathrooms to renovate that would require tile, plumbing, and electrical. I’m a single mom, and thought it best to hire a contractor to oversee and organize the project. This contractor had great reviews, and that played heavily into my decision to hire him. This is the only reason I am writing a review now. This was my experience: My project began in July 2020, during the Coronavirus, so I'll give some leeway there, however I had no predetermined start date, so there was no pressure to start before he was ready for it. What I found is that the contractor brought in the various workers, but he greatly failed to “manage” the project. On average, workers showed up 2 days a week. Various workers, various days, various hours, weekends and holidays included. Luckily, I was working from home, so I was able to accommodate if/when someone showed up. The workers themselves were also struggling with the lack of any organized oversight, as they would be told to show up and work specific items, but arrive to find much more needed to be done, or other tasks needed to be done first, or were done incorrectly by the prior worker. I was probably most surprised at the lack of basic clean lines - be it grout or caulk. That always seemed to be a task that was not on anyone's list to address. It was rushed at the end, and it shows. Not that I blame the worker who was left holding the bag (the workers were all great and very nice), but I hated to see something that should have been so simple to do over the 2 month project take away from the overall effect in the end. On the few occasions that the contractor came by, he was very friendly and had lots of great ideas, many that I said “yes, let’s do that!”. But none of them came to pass, I suspect, because the folks doing the work never got the word. When I would ask the contractor about them he would claim it was never discussed, or that I never agreed to it, and the fallback was always “it’s not in the contract”. Texts also apparently do not count as discussions, so if you hire this contractor and he starts offering ideas after the original contract is signed, you will want to carry the contract and a pen to get him to initial and sign off on any additional work, or be ok that they are good ideas that will not be done. And lastly, when we were close to the end of the project, the contractor started insisting that I make the final payment before the work was finished. He started ranting about what a deal he gave me, and he had a payroll to keep up, and my project was taking too long (I will take responsibility for a week delay for when my vanity was lost in shipping. But I caused no other delay that I am aware of that made this estimated 14-20 day project take 2 months. I feel that was more because of the working 2 days a week thing.) I made all of my payments in a timely fashion, so I was stunned when he started harassing me with multiple texts and emails for the final payment before the work was complete. So, I see all of his great reviews, but this was the experience I had with this contractor.Services: Tile work replacement, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation, Drywall repair

High quality workmanship representing superior skillset which has been so difficult for us to find in Brevard county Florida. Clayton is communicated clearly, professionally, and is friendly which are all important characteristics for us. He also showed up when he said he would which seems to be a rarity around here. He oversees all aspects of the work and performs some of the work also to ensure the end product is just like you yourself would do it in your home. We had him create a new mailbox from scratch after a car crash. He built the new one on a strong concrete foundation according to our design specs and even though the manufacturer delayed the shipping of the top piece we understood due to COVID impacts he kept us informed and finished the majority of the work so we could have an interim working mailbox. We are very happy with our new mailbox which is stately, elegant, and matches the house perfectly.
