Beacon power washed my driveway, sidewalk, and Lanai. They did terrific.. I was impressed with how clean my white lanai cage looked. Everything was so clean!! They also were willing to move my heavy furniture and even sprayed them, too. Two of my neighbors also had their houses done and were very happy.

I’m impressed! I had a few concerns (mostly concerning some stains on the sidewalk and gutter) after Beacon initially cleaned my driveway this month. Spoke to them and they sent a truck out the next day to handle my concerns. They were able to fix the issues. They also did an excellent job of cleaning my roof last summer. Highly recommend.

Excellent job was done on the roof cleaning, driveway paver resealing and sidewalk cleaning. Very pleased with the workmanship and results. Also was quite pleased with the team getting the sulfur water stain off the side of the house without damage to the wall paint. Will continue using their services in the future.

Needed to have my 2 year old backyard pavers cleaned, sanded and re-sealed ( previously sealed by a different company) and a new area of backyard pavers sanded and sealed. Starting with the professionalism and knowledge of the salesman to the the prompt on time arrival of the crew, their professionalism, friendly, and hard work showed off with the final results. Very happy!, great job! Without any hesitation Beacon will be back to do the job again when the time comes. Also, can't forget the two woman (sorry I don't remember your names) I spoke to in the office. Excellent personality, friendly well organized and efficient. I had them clean my roof,solar panels and sidewalk. They had to come back a second time to clean up some left behind spots.As you can see in the pictures they stained my fascia. They killed many of my foundation plants, some rare caladims included and grass all around the house.I was not home when the service occured. One neighbor said they were rude and the other neighbor said the smell fromthe chemical used on the roof was so strong they had to go in their house.I paid $500 for this disaster .Ugh

It’s hard to believe we have the same roof. It looks brand new!! No worries about the tiles or leaks because we chose the soft wash with no high pressure. Amazing job, we are extremely happy. 3 year warranty too.

The Service from the estimate through completion is outstanding. The communication and timeliness has made this process very smooth.
