Great folks to deal with. Worked with insurance company to get my roof all sorted out and have the best quality job done that could be done. Crew came and stripped off old roof, repaired some damaged plywood and had the entire job done in a day, except the gutters. They came a few days later and knocked it out. Very happy with Jim and his crew making this process very easy. Thanks again!!!

I recently reached out to Jim over at Blue Line Roofing (BLR) to resolve an issue between BLR and my mom. I'm not 100% certain of the circumstances leading up to the dispute, but, from the moment I contacted Jim, he was courtesy and professional. He is easy to talk to over the phone and is very responsive via text as well.While I didn't hire BLR to do roofing work, Jim was still very helpful and was critical to help resolve the issue. Had storm damage to my roof and needed to make an insurance claim. Had Jim w/ Blue Line Roofing inspect my roof to confirm damage where he also joined the claim inspection when my insurance adjuster visited. It was great to have Jim join in my claim inspection to make sure my insurance company and his findings were on the same page. While replacing my roof, the Blue Line crew was fast to address repairs and arrived each day consistently making the roof work seem to go by fast. Jim was present to manage each part of my roof replacement and promptly addressed any questions I had. My new roof looks great, everyone on the Blue Line crew was courteous and professional and went above/beyond any expectations I had. Ron came out to give us an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and kind. Didn’t push anything too hard and came back with a great quote. They started within 2 weeks and the roof was done within 5 days. They did an excellent job, and the guys who did the actual roof work were also fantastic. They fixed the roof but they damaged the driveway. Jacob said " I'm not responsible for the driveway... get an attorney..." and sue the dumpster company. My contract is with BLUE LINE ROOF. I solved a problem and got another one.

I got a new roof by Blue Line Roofing. The new roof looks great and I have not had any issues over the past year. In addition to that they also fixed some leaks on my exterior porch.Jim was my primary point of contact during the process and he was great - he inspected my roof and facilitated the rest of the job all the way to delivery/installation. Most importantly, he got my insurance to recognize that the damage on my roof should be covered under my policy. My claim went from paying almost nothing to paying for the entire roof!!As for the installation, the roofing crew was great. They did the full roof removal, repair of decking, dry in, and installation of shingles - all in the same day. Blue line roofing installed several metal roofs for us. We have always been very happy. Jake is very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain our options and even came twice to show us the color options. As a realtor, I'm very happy to refer him to any of my clients. A few of investors I work with also hired blue line roofing for the installation of their roof, and it looks amazing! I did read a few negative reviews, which seem to be about the same property.. We didn't have those experiences and have always been very happy. Blue Line Roofing team of 5 roofers did a phenomenal job in replacing my 76,000 sq roof in just two days. The new roof looks great, and we received great compliments from all our neighbors. Jim did a great job in scheduling and placing the two dumpsters in the driveway and all the materials on the roof a day or two before starting the job. In the first day, they nailed tarps along the edges of the roof and over the plants to catch all the old shingles, roofing nails, and damaged old plywood that were being removed and replaced. They then removed and emptied the tarps into the two huge trash bins. In the second day, they laid down rolls of the sticky water-proof material and started nailing down the new shingles over them. Jim, who has a sharp eye and is a stickler for details and takes pride in his team’s high-quality work, carefully and thoroughly inspected every inch of the results of the crew’s workmanship and ensured everything was done perfectly before releasing his crew at the end the day. My homeowner’s insurance company denied my hail and wind damage claim, but Jim was able to have the homeowner’s insurance company reverse their denial and pay for the entire roof replacement after Jim gathered and showed them photo evidence of the hail and wind damages to the roof, water stains in the ceiling in several rooms from leaks in the roof, and weather computer records of the date & time the hailstorm passed over my house that matched the date of my claim. I would rate them more than Five (5) Stars if it was possible and would highly recommend them to everyone!Service: Roof installation
