Well after calling everyone I could find on the local web I was directed to call "The Metal Roof Factory" I spoke to Bob and was taken care of the way I would want to be taken care of. First they were the only place that would deal with me in a small quantity but was treated like it was a thousand dollar order. I was told I could pick up the same day. WOW! I'm getting my order tomorrow.Thanks for the great service.

So my company decide to use this Metal roof company for some parts we needed. We paid up front to make sure we got the parts in time for our job. The Metal company never informed us that they were busy or that our parts would take longer than expected. We never received a call stating are parts would be later than the date we had discussed. Then they also charged us an extra $21 dollars and 2.5 %processing fee to run my credit card again, they also never discussed a price difference when I paid the first time. Its even in an email I have stating the cost and when we would get the parts. By not keeping my company informed our job was delayed even further, do to their lack in communication. Considering my company called every day to check on are parts, as they BS us around. We are a loyal customer with this Metal company. When my guy went to pick up the parts they refused to release the parts till we paid the extra $21 and credit card processing fee. The woman (Sydnee) on the phone acted like she could careless when I required to why the price changed, and why it took longer than I was told to get my parts made. As i told her i would not use this company any more she still did not try to make an effort to correct any of my complaints. Instead continued to not care. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED in this Company for the amount of DISRESPECT I have received after being a loyal costumer for so long. I WARN ALL OTHER TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

This is a great place very reasonable rates on metal roofing supplies and all for the DIY all you have to do is get your measurements even call them up on the phone they will tell you how to do the proper measurement come down speak to them and they cut your metal roofing and everything that you need for putting it on the roof great company great employees load up everything for you when you get there and give you advice great place to do business with here in Rockledge.
