Very pleased with my experience with platinum roofing. I had a roof leak and called for an estimate on a Monday, the owner came out the next day to provide an estimate personally. It took a few days to decide who I wanted to use of the 4 estimates. I was a bit worried about how much lower of a price I got from platinum but took the chance, I couldn’t have made a better choice. The job was scheduled for the following week and completed in one day. The place was kept spotless and left cleaner than when they started. The new roof looks amazing and my leaks are gone. I would highly recommend using them!!

Gary Farmer is a very personable guy, easy to talk to, and a nice salesman. The only problem that I had was that he knew the urgency in which I needed the roof re-roofed because my homeowners insurance was ready to lapse and he said he could have it completed within three days, which was fine. Well, Monday was a rainy day, so I understood that they couldn't work. Keep in mind I had to have the roof completed by Saturday so that my insurance would not lapse. Tuesday arrived, and no crew showed up. Wednesday arrived, and there was no crew. Each day, I called him, and he stated that they were on their way. Finally, on Thursday, they arrived and began tearing off the old shingles. Now remember, they didn't work Monday because of rain, so I expected them to work Friday and finish on Saturday for a five day work week. Arrived Friday for three hours, didn't arrive Saturday, and now my insurance had lapsed. Finally arrived Monday at 5:00 pm to finish the job. Then, I was able to get my home inspector to reinspect so that I could get my homeowners insurance reinstated the next day. So I went three days with no homeowners insurance, which is a scary thing. They did a nice job on the roof, but the crew runs the show. If they don't want to work, they don't. Gary had to continually make excuses for them, and it took quite a long time to complete.

I was happy to locate Platinum roofing in my neighborhood near Indian River.Gary Farmer came to my house toassess my damage during a hail storm during April 30th.
