My mom’s roof was done back in 2016. This past year we started having a leak in one of the bedrooms. I called and Tim called me back. I explained to him what was happening and within an hour he came out and found the problem. He took pictures and sent them to me so I could see what he was seeing. He fixed everything and stated that the problem should be solved now. Thanks Tim for your help and fixing the problem. It is truly appreciated!!!

Quick fast and professional. My insurance was cancelled because my roof was older then 10 years. Called David he came over with a cool drone. He took some pictures, sent me the permit papers to sign and my roof was installed fasterthen anticipated. I'm still not insured but my roof looks great and our major weather season is almost over. Absolute most horrible roofing company bar none! They did our roof 10/22. They never even provided a final invoice BUT 7 days after installation we received a registered, certified return receipt letter stating they were going to place a lien on our home! We never even received the bill!! Additionally, we had not yet received the CO from the City nor the new wind mitigation as per the contract. What kind of company operates this way? On top of that, management is extremely NASTY…and if there’s a problem, they either do not respond or do not address it. To make matters worse, a year later we awake to noise coming from the roof…it was them, ripping out pieces of shingles. Hello….wrong address!!!! Tried calling management and again, zero reply. Icing on the cake…last night the dog started barking and there were their workers on our roof AGAIN about to rip off shingles with the crowbars in hand…after 10 minutes of trying to communicate (only one spoke very minor English) they came to the conclusion they were at the wrong address!!! I asked for boss man name & number- the guy hands me the phone and guess what…no answer…left a voice message, and guess again…no return call. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!PS 3 months ago they also ripped off a roof 3 doors down…except it was THE WRONG ROOF/WRONG ADDRESS!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

I was presently surprised at how well everything went. From the beginning to the end of the project all went well. Every one was friendly, highly professional and really efficient with their work. An example of how great this company is; I saw something that I thought should have been taken care of so I called the project manager and let him know. What can I say about this excellent company? I don't think I have ever experienced this quality of customer service in my life. Jon was amazing as the sales person. He explained everything and was kind and considerate of our needs. This roof went up a couple months ago and after the recent hail storm he texted me and asked if he could come and inspect the roof for us...which he did this morning. Joe, the project manager, stayed on top of the installation of our new roof which was done in record time. Even our neighbors were amazed. The permits went in and days later our old roof was off and after the inspection our new roof and sky light where installed in less than a day.Please consider using this company if you have any roofing needs. Customer Service is A#1, Five Stars at RenewPro. We used RenewPro for a complete new roof, after the hailstorms 2 years ago. The job was done in a timely manner (in one day) to our great satisfaction... a beautiful new roof! Fast forward 2 years in time. I noticed our porch, which is mainly flat, developed an odd tenting in a few places, which was mainly superficial (it wasn't even leaking). I made one call to RenewPro talked to the General Manager, David and his sidekick Jon. They came to look at the roof within 2 hours of my first call. The owner (Lee) later came out to look at it too, (still the same day). The next morning it was fixed and looking great by 10 am. No haggling, great customer service. After calling around to tons of roofing companies, almost no one returned my call. Of the few that did, RenewPro was super responsive and quick to get out to our house to give us an estimate. To my surprise they were very competitive on their price on top of being the easiest to work with from the start. I decided to hire them for our roof which was a very complicated design and probably about 5,000 sq ft of surface area. Brian was my point of contact and he was amazing. He was always checking in with me to make sure they were going to accommodate our shifting schedule and he would answer questions right away even at odd hours.One of the things that stood out the most was how much they went over the top to help. We were in the middle of putting the plywood down on the roof when we had a tropical storm coming. Unfortunately we didn't finish the decking in time and were at risk of having all of our plywood ruined by the days of rain that were expected. Brian jumped on it and had his guys come out and put down the underlayment just before the storm hit so our plywood wasn't at risk.Overall, they were super easy to deal with, had a very competitive price, and were very timely with the entire project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company for any project. They will be the first and only ones I call if I need any roofing work again.Service: Roof installation

Had our complicated roof replaced. The crew had to work around skylights and solar panels and did a wonderful job. Gerald was professional and made sure we received the best experience. The crew worked hard and even into sundown to make sure work was done, cleaned up all trash and materials. Gerald came back himself to clean our skylights and even provided a solar company to remove and reinstall our panel, gutter company and wind mitigation contacts. I set an appointment with Brian to come inspect my roof after Hurricanes Ian and Nicole. The roofer my insurance company sent out ‘found no leak’ despite there being an obvious leak.Brian came out quickly and found the source of the problem. Gerald Williams was great to work with. He got the shingles we wanted, and he answered all the questions I had up front and throughout the process. The workmanship was great. The county inspector that did the final inspection even commented on the good job they did. He said the shingles were solidly in place and no edges could be picked up which he sees many times. Gerald was also able to accommodate special requests such as cutting a hole in the roof for an additional fan exhaust and getting the goosenecks vents and off ridge vents in white to better match the shingles. After hurricane Sally made her mess, I needed a new roof. This was the first big thing I’ve ever had to replace since owning my home, so it was all a little overwhelming. After hurricane Irma, the roof of my house needed a total replacement. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work performed. A year after, I discovered a problem in one of my house vent units. When the last tropical storm hit I had realized we had a pretty decent leak from the roof going into the attic. I had made a FB post regarding my concern. The owner directly reached out to me and said he can patch the leak free of charge. Sure enough, Brian came out the next day and patched it. He went up to the roof and attic, inspected everything and did a great job. It almost felt wrong not being charged. They absolutely deserve more than 5 stars!
