I can’t say enough good things about Mario.. he came by about two years ago after a big storm. Needed a new roof at that point but we did have some storm damage. Great company with professional and courteous employees. Project manager Michael Holstein was very easy to work with and never applied pressure or hard-sell tactics. He worked with my insurance adjuster to get me a quality roof replacement at the least cost to me. The day the job was scheduled Michael arrived with an "army" of workers and completely stripped down the old roof and replaced with Owens Corning quality roofing materials, far better than my original roof. Even with a rain delay the job was completed, all cleanup accomplished, and all equipment and material off site in one day! I’ve done a lot of business with a lot of companies and I have never worked with someone more professional than Mario Dicarlo at TEC he was the project manager overseeing my roof replacement. He was very informative, punctual and honest. He also stayed in touch through the whole process from beginning to end. I would recommend very highly this company, the roofers covered the surroundings of the house with tarps and cleaned up after they were done, I mean they really picked up after themselves. Contacted TEC when they were working on another church in our area and their representative came and inspected our roof, submitted a claim to our insurance, worked with the adjuster, and helped us get our claim approved. The roof was installed in less than a week's time with a large crew of hard workers. They worked safely and gave us a top quality job. I rarely give five stars, with that being said there is a few things we need to have them come back to adjust on the gutters they reinstalled. Would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a roof replacement. My initial experience with TEC was a re-roofing that occurred in 2019 after a localized hailstorm. The entire process was flawless...every aspect thoroughly explained and all questions or concerns were addressed.Most recently, I had an issue with a small water stain on my bedroom ceiling. Not knowing for certain the origin, I called the company office to see if they could be of assistance. Despite it being over two years from the initial installation, Jon Nalewak came out the very next day to conduct an inspection and I believe resolved the issue. I can’t say enough good things about working with The Exterior Company. Our nearly 20 year old roof needed replacement after some hail damage (and several hurricanes with just patch work repairs). Jon Nalewak was here to support me through the insurance claims process - it was my first and only home insurance claim ever. While they bring very good sized samples to choose from, I really wanted to see a roof in person to make sure it was the right choice, they were able to show me some houses in my area with shingles I had narrowed it down to and I was able to make my selection without regret! Just FYI- The TEC trucks you see in the area are not for fixing "computers." It's " The Exterior Company"! I had missed the opportunity to have my roof checked for damage after the last wind and hail storm; so I called TEC. Their area project manager Ryan Futterlieb came and did a free roof inspection. He then met with our insurance adjuster here to review his pictures and reports of wind and hail damage. Even though our percentage of damage did not qualify us for a roof replacement at this time; we are now aware of our roof's condition.Ryan was a pleasure to work with.
