I just had my driveway, sidewalk and back patio pressure cleaned by Dan. He did a great job at a very affordable price. He was quick in responding to my text, showed up when he said he would and I could tell he’s hardworking and takes pride in his work. He moved everything and put it all back when done. (No trying to clean around things which I appreciate!) I will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

Daniel came in in the clutch when I had company coming in town and my ceiling fan was hanging from the wires. I needed it fixed ASAP and he came the next day and had it done in 15 minutes. He also be all the other estimates I was given. I highly recommend him to anyone in need on a great affordable handyman.

I had a similar experience to Arlene Ortner's comment. , The handyman rushed through the job without ensuring quality. an example he place the door lock upside down ,I struggled to explain to him that the door lock he installed was upside down. He attempted to brush off the issue by claiming he had another job and couldn't spare the time to fix it, avoiding responsibility." in additional , He initially quoted $150 for a window repair but ended up bringing a door stopper instead. After negotiation, he agreed to refund $50 I have to hire a license one to do it , for the error. Furthermore, he damaged my patio shell during the process and promised to return to fix it but never did. It seems like he searches for excuses to avoid taking responsibility. He lacks customer care skills and experience, as he promised to fix issues without having the necessary expertise."now I learned will never take 5 start from few reviews as factor anymore .

Ty so much Clean and Handy. You made my driveway and sidewalk look beautiful and did it for half the price other people quoted me. Somebody else quoted me quoted 12 hours for the job and you came and had it done in 3. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Dan was very prompt with communication and showed up to my house exactly when he said he would. I had four spots where I needed pavers laid. Everything looks great. He was very professional and made sure the work was done the way I wanted it.

My husband hired Dan to install 5 ceiling fans.He showed up without a ladder that would reach a 14' ceiling so he could not install one fan.He installed 4 fans, but he had to borrow two nut drivers because he did not have the proper tools with him.We made the mistake of not checking that each fan was working before he left. It turns out that two fans were not working.Dan promised to return the next Saturday to install the 5th fan, get the two fans that did not work running again and to return the tools he “borrowed”.Next Saturday came and went with his not showing up or calling. I texted him to find out what happened. Dan texted that his car was “In the shop” and was unable to make it. He would come the next weekend.He failed to show up again and did not answer my calls or my texts.I had to hire a licenced electrician to return to install the 5th fan and to rewire all the other 4 fans because they were incorrectly wired.Now it is 4 weeks after he “borrowed” my tools and still has not returned them.
