I have worked with Franco and his team over the past few years on several different home projects. Franco and his entire team at DJC have been an absolute pleasure to work with during our master bathroom renovation. We only had one headache, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the reno. Our AC unit leaked and flooded from the second floor to the first in the middle of the reno. Franco and his guys jumped in and worked with our AC guy to resolve the issue immediately! As for the bathroom reno: Franco's communications skills are unmatched. We had been eyeing his work for over 2 years and foolishly tried to find "cheaper" work with 2 other GC's that ended up being total con artists and flaking out on us before we could even settle on design ideas. Franco's wife and partner assisted us with designing our bathroom, and made purchasing everything easy as one-click! His workers were prompt and persistent, and they ended up finishing the job two weeks before they were scheduled to. Don't waste your time, or money, looking for anyone else to work on your home. You absolutely will not regret anything with Franco and his team, except not finding him sooner!

DJC came highly recommend when I was looking to remodel my bathroom. After meeting with Franco he explained the entire process from beginning to end. Franco was very responsive when it came to any questions or concerns about the remodel. When the remodel began his crew was here on time and ready to work. His crew was very professional, and friendly. Franco would always stop by to make sure everything was going to plan. His crew preped the house to make sure the mess was kept a minimum. At the end of the day they would always clean up. Even with surprises found in my bathroom due to previous damage DJC had no issues tackling the problem. Towards the end of my master bathroom remodel I was so highly impressed with the quality and build I had them do my second bathroom immediately right after. If you are looking for a trustworthy and professional team this is it. There were never "no show" days like you get with some companies. I would definitely recommend DJC to all my family and friends. Contracting Daza-Jaller Construction LLC (DJC) was the outmost delightful and professional experience we've had the pleasure of contracting to remove and install almost 1700sqft of tile. The project management skills Franco administered during the project was on point, especially his eye for perfection. He properly explained the entire process from beginning to end, his crew worked tirelessly, showed up on time without skipping a beat. When we had any concerns he immediately had it taken care of. My wife and I needed to get our master bathroom remodeled after moving into our new home. Loved the quality of work that was completed! I get comments from people all the time. From the beginning of the quote and throughout the process Franco transparent from start to finish! I have an older home (1938) and there were some old issues discovered once the walls were opened up but Franco was very communicative and made everything feel smooth. Even though the issues had nothing to do with him, he and his crews treated the home like it was their own with every step and corrected all the previous mistakes while leaving me with a remodel that was beyond my expectations! Let me start by saying do your research before you hire any contractor and start any work in your home. Look for reviews, licenses, insurance and anything else you can think of. I definitely learned this the hard way. I would like to thank this company for helping me out with my kitchen nightmare because of a “fake” contractor. This company is just GREAT! The work is top notch. From the first day to the last everything is explained to you. They clean up afterwards and don’t leave a mess behind like other companies. The owner Franco is very professional and shows up to the site everyday to make sure there is progress. The timeline is very punctual as well. Would definitely recommend this business for any of your remodeling projects. I will be using DJC in my future projects for sure.

We were extremely lucky to have met and hired a project manager, Franco Daza-Jaller of Daza-Jaller Construction, LLC [DJC] for our whole house interior renovation project at our recently purchased home in Wellington, Fla. Well experienced, including with his family’s previous construction business and with a business degree himself, he has the knowledge and skill set to make sure the job is done right. Importantly, he has the connections to the right people for each part of the job that is beyond what his own crew handles. We have lived through several renovation projects in New York (Long Island Gold Coast, and Hamptons) and none went as easily and smoothly as our experience with Franco. He is in constant contact regarding progress and approvals on a daily basis. Unlike past projects we have done, we saw significant progress every day during the project with no down time. He made sure that all materials would be available when he started to make sure that there would be constant progress once he started. He is a fanatic about oversight of his crews and his subs and was on top of every detail to make sure that our vision came to reality on budget, and surprisingly in these times, well ahead of schedule. Just a great guy to work with, along with his wife, Vanessa, a design professional ready to help with planning, materials selections and preparing renderings to assure the design fits the styles and functions we required. Franco and his wife Vanessa are the people you want on your job. They strive to exceed your expectations and totally succeeded with our project. We told them they should have their own HGTV show. We had a complete kitchen renovation along with the floors replaced, and a wall moved to enlarge our kitchen. Space. DJC not only did a phenomenal job, they were timely, stayed on schedule ( finished early), and exceeded all of our expectations. We had photos and videos every step of the way, constant communication, and fabulous suggestions, and Assistance throughout the whole process. Over 3 years ago DJC construction gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms in our home. His crew was on time and respectful and Franco communicated daily on arrival time…there will be no guessing when the contractor is going to show up or return. He provided input on tile selection quality and high-value low cost fixture options. Fast forward 2 years we signed a contract on new construction and knew we did not want the boring builders choice. Even though we were a year away from the house being delivered we let him know we wanted him to lay the tile downstairs for us post closing. A week after moving in his crew installed nearly 2,000 square feet, grouted and installed baseboards in a week! We don’t have many needs in a new construction home but always look forward to working with Franco and recommend him without doubt.
