Anthony and his team are fantastic! They got me a timely appointment and showed up on time and were prepared. That alone is amazing here in FL!! They knew at their first visit with me that I would be concerned about chemicals since I am into natural health and wellness and low toxin living and they were able to explain the safety of the products they use and didn’t look at me like I was crazy😂🙌🏻. I honestly cannot say enough about Remediation 911. A quick backstory is my daughter has Cystic Fibrosis. Without getting into the details of it, just understand that mold of any kind that gets into her lungs can be catastrophic. So when my wife smelled something musty coming from of all places, my daughter’s bedroom, we wasted no time in doing a quick google search and found Remediation 911 based on the 5 star reviews. We made a call and I was quickly talking to the owner of the company, Anthony. What a blessing of a human he is. Once he understood the magnitude of our situation regarding my daughter, he just shy of dropped everything and made us a priority. He immediately got us in touch with a mold assessor. Once it was determined we had mold, Anthony and his team got us taken care of asap. They were out working within a day. Obviously there was a lot involved from moving out for a couple days, to the remediation, and then renovation of everything. But I just can’t stress enough how wonder this company is. If you think you have a mold issue or you are in need of a remediation company for any reason, I cannot recommend Remediation 911 enough. Scenario: 91-year old beloved Mom lives on 6th floor condo unit in Boca Raton; on the 8th floor neighbor caused sprinkler system to go off and flood several units of the building. Water damage everywhere. Elevator is wet and out of commission. Evacuation is necessary due to water damage, drying is needed to avoid inhaling possible mold. During a pandemic that affects one's lungs. Paramedics carry Mom down 6 flights of stairs.I live 3,000 miles away and am getting the news from my sister who is living near our mom.There are angels called Remediation911, Anthony M & his crew. The drying out is happening immediately and the next steps need decisions, discussion with Anthony from Remediation911, my sister & myself. Our Mom's boyfriend who was bailing bucketfuls of water pouring from the ceilings for eight hours is wiped out tired. We have a phone conference call with Anthony. My husband listens in on my end. I'm booking my ticket to fly out and help with Mom where needed. We don't know what to do next. Should we move forward and entrust the whole process of drying, remediation, build back to this guy?After the call my husband gives his golden two-cents worth and take on Anthony & company, advising my sister and I to "lean on his moral compass."
