I want to start by saying this company was the BEST choice I made in a roofing company. If I had to have my roof redone, I would 100% choose this company again. Stick with me and I'll tell you exactly why. I am a very particular person and I have strict standards for things that I invest my money in. Before I made this choice, I narrowed down my options to about 4 local companies. I chose this company for many reasons but the most important was the transparency and reputation.My initial contact was with Kevin, who is such a kind, witty, and knowledgeable person. He was dependable and answered the 1 million questions I had about my roofing job before it was done. He was just as pleasant on the last day as he was on the initial contact. He is reassuring and so caring and takes the time to understand his customers and their needs. He came fully prepared with a professionally done presentation on how the job would be done and it was done EXACTLY the way he said. He captured us not only with the services offered but also with his personality. Keep doing what you are doing!!My biggest concern was that I did not want any damage done to my lawn or property or in between the workers job. This company did such a great job that I forgot that I was getting my roof done as there was no trace of them each time they left. I’m talking no nails, no screws, no trash, no tire marks, no cracked concrete, no debris. They have a catchall system that really accomplished what I was looking for that was unmatched from the other 4 prospects. My pool did not have random debris in it, my property was just as beautiful with them working as it was without them being there. That was the biggest seller for me. All of the workers were so respectful and pleasant. When I tell you that not one person in this whole company has given me an attitude. Every single soul I’ve encountered on the phone or in person was an absolute gem! That makes such a difference you have no idea.My second encounter was with Marianne. Oh, how I love Kevin and Marianne! She is an absolute joy and if your day isn’t bright, it will be by the time you finish speaking with her! She is the go to for almost everything. If she does not know, she will find out for you. She was so organized and had perfect etiquette. She does such a hard job with grace and class. There are no surprises when working with this company. They were VERY transparent from start to finish. She handles everything and will only reach out to you if absolutely needed. She was also the very same bubbly person on every encounter whether in person or on the phone. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and just the BEST!I also had the pleasure of interacting with Roberto. He was our project manager and he did a great job keeping us in the loop and managing the site. I would always look out and see him observing and helping the other workers. He was always kind during the interactions we had.All in all, my roof is gorgeous, and it looks like God himself placed the roof on my house. It really looks like a quality job! They took their time and Kevin was absolutely right about every compliment he ever gave the workers. My solar attic vent is amazing and there is a noticeable change in the temperature in my house.There are a lot of great souls that I have interacted with in this time and I’m sorry I did not get a chance to mention them personally. However, just know you all are appreciated nonetheless. If you're on the fence about a roofing company and these guys are in the running, just pick Roofing systems! I'm serious. I never knew getting your rook done could be this painless. This company really lived up to their reputation and I wish you many more fruitful years of successful business and endeavors. We contracted with Roofing Systems 3/15/23 for a new roof.I told Herb the owner that it was important to finish by the first week of May because of the expiration of my homeowners policy.He assured me that it would done.April 28th the final inspection was signed off even with a few lost rain days.Roofing Systems did a quality job on roof- there were no issues. Their crew was neat, professional,and friendly.Marianne in the office was greatly helpful in filling out the paperwork for the My Safe Florida Grant so that I can be reimbursed 10K from the state.Both Marianna and Herb completed signing off on the documents as soon as the final inspection was completed.I would recommend them for new roofs.Service: Roof installation

The sales and support process was excellent: Michael Kinder explained our options, answered our questions, and provided consistent support before, during and after the installation, solving problems and tracking the process flawlessly. Our contact with the office, Marianne Sherl, advised us regarding billing, permitting and scheduling issues and saw us through preparations for storms. The work crews accomplished their tasks efficiently and graciously, making sure that we were not inconvenienced, and cleaning up the hardware from tear down and installation to keep our dogs safe. They were also able to take care of unforeseen issues with my chimney and stucco wall. Our sales representative, Michael Kinder, was top notch. He was extremely professional, transparent and considerate, and he was always available to answer my questions, or refer me to someone who could. The workmanship of the crew who took off and installed the roof was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They had great communication with me. Herb and team were very professional. They redid our roof while I was 9 months pregnant/going into labor with my daughter, and the team was very respectful and flexible with those circumstances. The management team was timely and well versed in providing HOA documentation and we received approval on the first go around. They also ordered materials well in advance and moved quickly to rip off the old roof and finish the new roof (only took about a week or two). We do wish there was a better process for payment, as we'd receive a text/email requesting payment the next day (these are large amounts that sometime require more than one day to withdrawal). Herb was very flexible though, meeting us where convenient, etc. Lastly, we needed to ask them to come back to fill in a concrete section on one (small) corner of the home where the concrete meets the roof. Seems it was missed in all the finalization of the roof and final inspections (which was fully approved first time around). They were very quick, efficient and well completed in that work, just wish we never had to ask! Overall, we were very happy with their work and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.Service: Roof installation

We are very pleased with the new roof we had installed by Roofing Systems. Everyone from Michael in sales, Herb, the owner, who came to the house to see us when Michael was unavailable one day, Nathan who delivered supplies and was on the job site daily, Daulton, the construction coordinator, Izzy and Seliving project manager, and our punch-list specialist who were so kind and understanding in explaining things to me, to Marianne in the office, all were wonderful. I felt that all of these folks really cared about our satisfaction with the re-roofing job that was being done for us which included removing a chimney from our roof, which they did expertly. Sadly I do not know the names of all of the crew who did the very hard work on the roof, but they were all terrific. They worked diligently and were neat and tidy, delivering what was promised in terms of protecting our property. A great team. I met with Bill Kennedy with Roofing Systems of Florida in December of 2019. Bill was very responsive and knowledgeable in his profession and the pricing was fair. I interviewed several roofing companies and Bill was the best choice because of his onsite evaluation and his attention to detail. Bill was the only contractor to go onto the roof and into the attic to access damage. He gave me an estimate and a time line which he did his best to keep. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain which delayed the project. His workers arrived late (usually between 10am-12pm) and left around 4 pm. They worked hard when they were here, very courteous and cleaned up the work site before they left. The job was completed in January of 2020 and we are very satisfied with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Bill Kennedy and his crew, you won't be disappointed.

I do NOT recommend this company. We have tried numerous times to request them to cordially release my client from an Assignment of Benefits. After extremely hostile responses to our simple questions about the contract and now our request to be released from the contract their sales guys Chris and Dan continue to harass us and threatened to get their attorney involved after we have made it VERY clear we are not interested in working with them any further. Herb Frank, the owner had agreed to release us from the contract and yet we received another harassing email from Christopher S Koehn. This has been an extremely frustrating situation and again I do NOT recommend getting involved with this company under any circumstances. This is so unfortunate that Roofing Sytems of Florida choose to allow their salesmen to these high pressure sales tactics and take advantage of people under this Assignment of Benefits contract and charge 10k higher than all the other companies in the SWFL area.

It took them exactly 2 months after my initial 30% deposit to come out and finish the work. They do not reply to your numerous emails or call back with answers liked they said they would. I had to go to the City building department to find out what was going on. I found out there initial paperwork was incomplete and had to call the company to let them know myself. They reapply after one whole month was gone and was rejected due to the system that they chose that did not meet requirements for design pressure so they have to provide an enhanced fastening load for zone 2 & 3. They keep making promises to come out and failed to show up with no follow up phone calls. Finally they came out and finished the job in one days with 10 crews and had schedule with the city inspector 2 days after and another mistake was made again. The morning of the inspection, they came out and post the paperwork for the inspector and had posted the wrong paperwork to the wrong house and it has to be reschedule for the next day.This is by far the worst company I ever had to encounter and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
