I was in a bad spot by my home owners insurance and was referred to Crum Roofing. I called and explained my schedule to them and someone came out the next day for an estimate. My issue was that i waited to long to get my roof redone and my insurance was gonna drop me. I had to get a new roof quick or pay for really high insurance that would cover my old roof until i got it redone. Money was tight or i would have redone my roof already. The price quoted was the cheapest i had received, which included double tar paper to ensure added protection. Well the crew came out and worked straight through until it was done and i beat my deadline by literally one day. I was a nervous reck and was updated daily by Crum roofing as the process went along. The only part that slowed things down was the permit process but WE DID IT !! Thank you and it was as good as it could have been considering the circumstance all because of a roofing company that cared. Thanks

Over all amazing services!! Very professional from start to finish. I called Bryan for a quote and I was able to get it that same day. The price was reasonable and they jumped on the job right away. The quality of the work was excellent. Bryan was a text away if I had questions. The most stress free job that has been done at my home. This company was amazing to work with. He did an awesome job. Each day his guys would clean the area where they worked so I never had to worry about animals or kids stepping on debri. All inspections passed without issue. Have given this company out as a referral to many friends and I will continue. Called on Monday (Memorial Day) for a small leak in my roof. Brian arrived within a few hours to give me an estimate and my roof was repaired the next day. Excellent service from a skilled and efficient repair crew. I highly recommend them.

Called them to complete a simple fix on my roof (exposed nails heads) for the insurance, called them and spoke to Bryan he came out right away and said it could be completed right away. Over a week later he just keeps telling us he will be here but does not show and does not communicate what so ever about his status. Very unprofessional.
