Treasure Pools is hands down the best pool builder in the area. They recently finished our dream pool, and they were so professional and easy to deal with.We did an all-tiled pool and had to work with a 3rd party on the tile and Treasure was so accommodating and easy to work with it really made the process smooth. We ran into a few issues with the walkway and the owner of the company (Craig) came out and addressed it immediately and had every paver replaced for us. What a great business!I highly recommend the Treasure Team (Gary- Sales, JR projects, Scott and Jordan in service and of course, Craig - Owner) to anyone who wants the best pool out there!

He was always available to answer one of our many questions. Never once did we feel pressured like what we experienced with other pool companies. Our experience was great from start to finish. Constructing a new pool and selecting the right vendor can be a challenging and overwhelming experience. However, finding the right vendor and knowing you are in good hands with them from the very beginning is priceless. We chose Treasure Pools because they have a proven track record of being one of the best pool builders in South Florida. Treasure did both our next door neighbors pools that are just as amazing as ours!!!! BIG SHOUT OUT to the entire Treasure Pools team: the owners Craig & Joe were both hands on with our constructions all the way through... Scott (the Construction Manager) was on site from day one until the end and communicated with my almost daily updating me with crew - phase - timeline status, answered EVERY one of my questions, took care of every issue immediately and ensured me a top tier final product which he/they delivered - they have to right Manager for sure (thanks for everything Scott) ... Paul our senior pool designer catered to our every need and kept us within budget (well almost... i had keep adding deck space...hahahaha) JR was like my personal project coordinator as he communicated with me almost daily emailing me schedules of crews, inspections, and often times just to check in with me - he is a true asset.. all the various crews were professional, courteous, clean, on time, accommodating, understanding and most of all - SUPERIOR at what they do: Ron was a master with our plumbing & equipment setting, Armand the electrician takes so much pride in his work and wiring...Diogo who did our deck is the best around and was like a fine artist laying out the deck design... Ivan who did our QuartzScape surface walked me through entire process.. also need to mention the digging crew, final grade crew kept our property in pristine condition every step of the way - always ensuring all debris picked up-cleared out. we are beyond thrilled to begin our new lifestyle as Treasure Pools has created our dream oasis - they truly turned our backyard into a resort.... OUR RESORT! thank you Craig/Joe and the entire Treasure Pools staff for helping us turn our dreams into reality. i must add this - it can be stressful at times during and throughout the construction process - i highly suggest you choose Treasure Pools - as they certainly go above and beyond to keep you at ease - cater to your needs/concerns and just do what they obviously do best - BUILD AMAZING POOLS!!!

Have had many people check out our pool in person that have built with other very big pool companies and they were very impressed with ours and how the quality is top notch. We are more than happy. We were referred to Treasure Pools by another neighbor and it seems as though many neighbors use Treasure Pools in Parkland -- and with good reason. They know what they're doing.This was the third pool we have built and yeah it took long, but we had a whole demo project which was a major nightmare that they had to take out. Our place looks like a totally different backyard now.Steve was excellent, had a great attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. They know exactly how to work with the city and what they needed to accomplish. Their subcontractors are FIRST RATE...especially the men who do the tiling in the pool and the hard working men who pulled up our old pavers and put in the travertine. What a huge project that was and they did an excellent job and worked hard. The hardest part was waiting to heat the pool and swim.Definitely recommend them, contact us if you have questions. We can't stop sitting outside or swimming.

During a building project that has lasted two years, we determined late in the process that our swimming pool needed new tile since the glass tile was breaking apart. Of the four contractors we consulted, only Craig from Treasure Pools correctly identified the cause of the problem and actually seemed to know what he was talking about. We contracted with Treasure Pools for a complete pool refurbishing, including the demolition of a wall containing water features and re-building the pool deck areas affected. Of all the contractors we have had on the property over two years, Treasure Pools was the ONLY one who showed up when they said they would, performed as promised, and was proactive in making sure everything was done right. Their workers were efficient, did excellent work and cleaned-up after themselves. Yes, the final cost was more than the estimate, but I was warned that might be the case, and as near as I can tell everything was done right and no corners were cut. I would recommend Treasure Pools without hesitation. They may not be your cheapest estimate, but this really is a case of getting what you pay for.

So my review comes approximately 5 years after installation. I would do a 4.5 but that's not an option. These issues I had may only be my issues. They also had many good qualities. So I'll start with the good. The initial designer worked with me and even gave some great ideas. The project took exactly the time that was expected even though they had a hurricane to work around. When I had an issue with the pool tile, they fixed it right away. They sold me a system for the pool that did work for my pool and fixed it right away. So my issues: As I am not a professional I didn't know to ask to have a water jet in the sun deck area so now that is where all the debris piles up. They convinced me to install LED lights which I like but didn't mention the repair cost if they were to break or mention the switch for the light would be installed all the way by the pool pump outside the screen enclosure. My pool decking was under warranty, which I did mistake for how long that was for, 100 %my fault, but I called one month after the year warranty to let them know that the deck was sinking and obviously being out of warranty, they were not going to fix even though you can tell it sunk over the 1st year. Sucks but I get it. So fast forward to today, I have the funds to fix the deck finally and it is needed as it has sunk even more. I called the company to hire them to fix and was told they don't do repair work. This bothers me because I think a company should be open to doing repairs on their original jobs and yes I know this is my personal opinion. So moving forward, I have a paver repair company come to give me a quote and they tell me that the pool footing is sinking and that indicates poor workmanship on the install. Now I have to take their word that it was poor workmanship on install as this company doesn't come out to do repairs and can't give me a different reason. Maybe everything could have been fixed if I had called one month sooner but you live and learn. Would I recommend this company, yes and I have, but I'd be sure to cover all questions and inspect everything prior to the one year mark.Service: Custom Swimming pool design

I had a mixed experience when Treasure Pools built our pool in 2019 (quality OK but took too long and company wasn't easy to work with). This year I had a warranty issue (rebar rust seeping through bottom of pool). The Treasure team was responsive and completed the work under warranty with no issues. You never expect a problem like that with a 3 year old pool, but at least Treasure fixed it.Service: Inground pool installation

Richard Berins was outstanding from day one. He came up with a great design and was always available to answer our questions. After meeting with a total of 5 different pool companies, Treasure was an easy choice. Having the 3D software to actually SHOW you what your design will look like in your own backyard was amazing! It helped tremendously in the design process. I was so nervous about the time line after hearing horror stories from friends on pool construction taking months and months, but Treasure did not disappoint! Every single Monday we received an email with our schedule for that week which was SO NICE to not wonder when they were working, or when inspections were happening. I can not say enough great things about this company. It was far and away the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. Brett Holland was our salesperson and he stayed in contact with us and answered any questions we had along the way (and I had a lot!) We went with the Clear Water Tech Ozone System which has cut the chlorine down in the pool to almost nothing. We couldn't be happier with the final product and will always highly recommend this company!

We just built our pool with Treasure Pools and we are very happy with it. Our designer Richard was amazing, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our design and customized it to our liking (numerous times as I was a little indecisive). The construction team and JR were very attentive and always responded quickly to emails or calls, and kept us updated every step of the way. My husband and I researched pool company’s before choosing Treasure Pools as their name kept coming up as the top pool company in South Florida. From Paul our salesperson to Craig and Joe the owners and to the each and every employee we say, “Thank you”. Paul spent hours patiently designing our pool and patio and got every detail we asked for incorporated into our “dream” pool. From the beginning each and every worker that promptly showed up was courteous and professional not to mention friendly. Each night the job site was totally cleaned up and any debris from the day taken away. We were there each day to watch the construction of our pool and were totally impressed with the workmanship and manpower that went into it. Our pool was finished in the time that was quoted and any issues that arose were promptly addressed and corrected. We expected to receive 100% satisfaction, but I keep telling everyone we are at 200%. Our pool construction from start to finish was so much more intricate than we could of every imagined. Now as we use it each day, we keep saying we definitely made the right decision in choosing Treasure Pools and would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Just had my pool built! From planning to installation and everything in between....I couldn't be happier! Paul (Senior Staff Designer) was patient, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating! He worked with us on more than one visit to create our dream pool/backyard. His level of communication was amazing. He returned our calls within minutes and answered any questions we had....regardless of where we were during the pool process. Treasure pools is one of the most professional companys that I have ever dealt with in a very long time here in Florida and I have lived here for more than 40 years. They just finished our pool 15 days ago after 3 months of totally remodeling it. Normally it should not take this long but with all the rain we had this summer its is certainly understandable. Craig the owner knows what he is doing, he came to inspect our job and noticed some things were not done properly and took it upon himself to point out the imperfections to my wife and I and had them corrected immediately by his crew. I must say that his project manger Greg Prey is amazing and was on top of everything on almost a daily bases. If you can get him as your project manager you will not be disappointed.One thing I will say is NOTHING ever goes perfectly on a construction site no matter who you hire, so PATIENCE is DEFINITELY required. Yes we had some problems but Treasure Pools addressed them and took care of every little detail at the end of the day. The bottom line is we are so please with the final results and now our BEAUTIFUL pool is finished and do not mind staying home during these most unusual and Challenging times.Thank you as well to the entire staff !!Service: Remodeling

Let me start by stating the obvious, building a pool is a huge undertaking and should be considered heavily. While it may seem common in south Florida, it is major construction and like any construction or renovation, things will go wrong.I came to treasure pools after multiple referrals from friends told me they could help me out. I had hired a previous pool builder who seemed very eager and professional until I signed the contract. After I gave him my deposit of $5000.00, Things got very shady. Ultimately I had to pay to get out of the contract, but I thank God I did every day.We had what seemed like a cursed project. Whatever could go wrong, it did. I am so thankful I was with Treasure Pools to walk us through the process. Their team was so professional and knowledgeable. Personally, I worked closely with Craig(the owner who was always available and called me back whenever I had questions or issues). You can tell he is a husband and father because he was very patient with us. Their staff was on the ball and experienced. There is a reason they come so highly rated by so many people. The pool is not only beautiful, but more importantly built correctly and made to last. I cannot imagine, after all is said and done, going through this with any other company. My wife Kim and I did our "homework" prior to having our pool built. We asked our friends and neighbors in and out of our community about the quality of their pool and their experience with the pool builder. We then narrowed it down to the TOP five companies. The obvious choice was TREASURE POOLS! From the moment Robbin (salesperson extraordinaire) arrived at our home with Craig (the owner!) tagging along, we knew that this was definitely the right company for us. They listened, they REALLY listened, to our plans, heard our wants, knew our budget and then offered suggestions and alternatives so that we would have the pool of our dreams. Craig and Robbin were EXTREMELY easy to deal with. We made changes along the way and they dealt with them quickly and professionally.During the construction project, Treasure Pools was in constant contact with us. If there were any delays (weather related or otherwise), we were always apprised of the situation.As far as the quality. one word.......ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Well, okay, two words. Sure there were a few minor problems, but Treasure Pools corrected them immediately.Even after the sale and the pool was long finished, Treasure Pool has contacted us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Answer: 100% Satisfaction!Kim and I usually don't like making recommendations, but when it comes to Treasure Pools, we'll make an exception. We highly recommend them!

I just had a pool done by Treasure Pools. They did a fantastic job. Everyone that came to work at my home on the pool was very respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and kept my property secure. Anytime I had questions I was able to speak with someone. Payments were made after each phase of the build which I found to be a great way of doing it. I was informed every time someone would be coming out to work at the house. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the building of my pool. It came out gorgeous. I would recommend Treasure pools to anyone building a pool.

We recently had a pool built and after contacting several companies, we decided to work with Treasure Pools. This was our first time getting a pool built, so there were lots of questions and lots of anxiety. Craig was quick with the responses to our questions and there were many!! We decided on an original design that included a travetine deck, sun shelf, LED deck jets and a color changing LED pool light.The overall time of construction was about 9 weeks. Looking back at the process, it probably would have been completed in less time, but we caused a delay in the project. Craig and his staff were efficient and delivered a finished product that surpassed our expectations.If you're looking for a builder, Treasure Pools comes highly recommended from my wife and I. GREAT JOB!!

I was recommended to Treasure Pools by a very satisfied customer. After working with Robbin Sowinski I can easily understand their satisfaction. Robbin has been exceptional. I can easily say that I have never worked with a more customer oriented sales person. If I don't connect with Robbin on my call, she is back to me in less than a half hour (even on the weekends) Any question or issue is responded to and resolved immediately. She also designed a great pool that we are thrilled to have. She listened, understood our lifestyle and presented a unique pool. A real Pro and dedicated to making her customers happy. After I meeting with 3 pools companies Van Kirk ,Champion and Treasure Pool I had the privilege to get what I want and super happy with Treasure pool they did exactly my design and the way I wanted while Champion did a design very blah basic and did even let me have 6 feet deep also certain things they said they can't do it....Im super happy with Treasure Pool even if the sales lady Robin goofed with something wrong on her idea design of the spa and the wall that supposed to removed Joe one of the owners and general manager came to me with the blue print and fixed everything giving genius ideas before the construction also Joe is very knowledgeable good man Robin never contacted us to say thank you when the pool was done kind of angry personality but I loved the whole team very professional and fast the subcontractor Buck from Earth Piercing did PHENOMENAL job everything came out perfect in 4 months and that's the right time they promised me even Craig the owner came here to make sure Im happy acting very professional . Treasure pools gave me 1 full year warranty for the pool and 3 years for each pump and system ....Yes i have the pool of my dreams exactly the way I want .Thank you so much Treasure Pools I will definitely recommend you !!!!

AWESOME!! Craig and his team were exceptional from the start. Paul, the salesman was extremely knowledgable, patient and understanding. The project management was smooth and never missed a beat. Questions were answered immediately. They even called me to let me know they accidentally cut my cable wire and offered to pay to have it repaired before i was home to find out myself!! I cant recommend Treasure Pools enough. Pool came out perfectly, and before the scheduled completeion date! If i could give them 10 stars i would!! Do yourself a favor and give treasure a call!!
