SRS, Chris and his crew were amazing to work with! I have found my new roofing company!I am so happy this company put their card on my front door. I sustained some roof damage from a storm last month that damaged and completely tore several rows of shingles from my 8 year old "30 Year 130 MPH guaranteed Arry's roof" and had two companies come out to quote the repair. Arry's quote was laughable at best. almost three times the quote of another well known and respected roofing company. I decided to go with company #2 (not going to name because they have been very nice) and waited over three weeks to get scheduled. Each week I would get an email apologizing for the delay promising me a phone call next Monday to be scheduled. Never Happened. While waiting, SRS apparently noticed the big blue tarp on my rood and put the note on my door to call Chris.I called SRS in the evening on a Monday night expecting to leave a voice mail. Chris answered and told me he would be out the next day. The next day I had a quote and he even noticed some other problems with the roof that needed to be addressed, but instead of quoting me for that, sent me a link to buy the material and DIY to save money. Who does that? Chris, that's who. He could have named his price for those two repairs as well (I wouldn't know any better) but went out of his way to help me out even doing some extra repairs outside of the quote.Two days later, on Thursday, my roof is completely repaired with the exact make, style and color of shingles and it looks beautiful. So, instead of waiting around for weeks, SRS took the call, came out and repaired the damage in three days. The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes and I feel like he did much more of a repair than the others stated in their contract.I can add SRS to my list of trusted contractors and while I hope I don't need them again, it feels really good knowing they are just a phone call away.FIVE STAR experience all around and I highly recommend SRS!

Our new roof is beautiful ! We couldn't be any happier with the professionalism, and the attention to every detail shown by everyone at Storm Restoration Services. I really don't remember the roof looking this good, when we had our home built, but we didn't have as good of a selection of colors from our builder. I would recommend them to anyone, and if the opportunity arrises in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. out of a 5 star rating, I would have give them a 6 ******.Thank you, to everyone at Storm Restoration Services, for making our home look beautiful again!

Just had my roof replaced yesterday by SRS and I am very, very pleased with the new roof. The crew and Matt the supervisor did an excellent job. They finished the job in one day...very impressive. Matt is very knowledgeable, very helpful, professional and went an extra mile to make the homeowner satisfied and happy with the finished job. A shout also to Josh the sales guy who guided me through the whole process from beginning to end. He kept me informed every step of the way and I am so thankful for his help. Throughout the entire process in working with Chris Lawless (PM/Sales) and Julie B (office contact) , Storm Restoration Services was highly knowledgeable and professional. Working with Chris was a pleasure starting from our initial site walk to his working with our insurance company during the adjuster's survey of our roof to the completion of the new roof going on - all 100%. The new roof was completed in under 2 days from start to finish and the crew was respectful of the property and cleanup was superb. Their crew works VERY hard. We could not have asked for a better experience and have already referred SRS to 3 of our neighbors for their new roofs. He walked us through all the processes, kept us informed along the way. The install crew worked very fast, and the supervisor was engaging, explaining everything. I sustained roof damage due to high winds. SRS had recently installed a new roof across the street, which looked beautiful. I checked w those neighbors and they were extremely satisfied w the quality of the work, their roof completed in one day, so I contracted SRS. Julie, in the office, guided me through the entire process: color selection, ordering products, arranging my dumpster and shingle delivery. She kept me informed each step of the way and was wonderful to work with, always timely in returning calls and providing professional yet personal assistance. The crew arrived at 7:30 am and my roof was completed w grounds cleaned up by 5:30 pm same day. Matt was the supervisor on my job, very professional, courteous and what I appreciated, on site. I am so pleased w the workmanship and appearance of my new roof! Thank you Julie for the outstanding service you provided me! Every company needs someone like Julie in their office! I’ll refer my neighbors to SRS given my positive experience!

I have used SRS to replace my roof. I mainly worked with Chris Lawless who inspected my roof for damage and helped me throughout the entire process. This company worked my homeowner’s insurance which helped where i only had to pay the deductible and the insurance company covered the rest. It took a little bit longer to get the appointment for the roof replacement as the company is busy and i am sure COVID didn’t help neither. Chris really helped by providing enough information and i was able to contact him anytime through txt or call. After the install i had to make a service call and Heidi from their Tampa office was great, she was able to get me a service agent to my house within hours. SRS is a tremendous company and not just for their friendly staff and high quality work. We were in a very difficult position. I am out of work on disability and we have only 1 income coming into the house. Our roof was very close to 20 years old and we knew that we were going to need a new roof at some point in the future but we didn’t think it was going to have to be done within the next 2 months. We had received a non-renewal notice from our home insurance company due to the age of the roof. They required a new roof before renewing our insurance. We were concerned about how we were going to afford a new roof and we reached out to Habitat for Humanity for help. Through their Home Repair Program, we met Chris, owner of SRS. Chris was working with Habitat to identify a family who was in need of a new roof and, thankfully, we were selected! The SRS team went to work immediately. Julie set it all up and Ken made sure that the project was done perfectly. Chris, Julie, Nora and Ken are all very responsive to calls and texts. The professionalism of the whole team, including the installers, was incredible. We were kept informed of each step as it was completed. We received a high quality roof with all the accessories so that we met the wind mitigation requirements and were able to quality for a very large discount on our home insurance. They prioritized our installation so that we were able to have the new roof, wind mitigation and paperwork submitted with several days to spare. THANK YOU, SRS!!

They did a really good job with my roof and finished it in one day. My salesman Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions and went through the paperwork with me twice. What a great team! From the start with Josh Bravo, our sales guy, to the end with our field supervisor, Zach Johnson, everything went very easily and smoothly. Josh was on top of things and guided up through the process with ease. The roofing crew, I believe the group was under Ferman, was amazing. Not only did they get our entire roof done in one day (and it looks great!), the cleanup was beyond my expectations. Roofing makes a mess, and they did an amazing job cleaning up the yard and in all of our bushes. Zach was fantastic at keeping the lines of communication open during the entire process. Called the company and apart from short 1-2-3 selection got a human response right away. The manager got his employee (Mick was the name, I believe) to call me within 2-3 minutes and schedule an appointment for inspection. They came the same day as scheduled inspected the roof and honestly told me that the roof is still in OK condition and that I should check in a while, pointed me out to what to look for by myself. Charged me $0 for it, while other companies tend to offer "Free roof replacement" the Storm Restoration honestly told me where I stand.Mick, you are the man. The supervisor Matt W was great! He called through the process of them doing the roof with updates, which was very helpful. I didn’t have to worry at all while they were doing my roof. I’m giving Matt W 5 stars not the whole company. The commune from the sakes guy(Ken) was not that great. Had it not been for Julie and Matt I would have given the company a 1 star. Storm Restoration replaced my roof after a tornado and I was very impressed by the entire process. They helped with every step of the claim with insurance and the mortgage company. The roof was done in about 2 days with a very professional team and the foreman kept me updated along the way. They prepped and cleaned up and the roof looks great. Good experience overall with SRS. Eduardo was a proactive sales rep. The installation was scheduled several weeks out, that was fine. The installation only took one day. The team at the office took are of some urgent issues we had due to a refinance at the same time. The roof did leak around one of the vents, but SRS took are of it quickly. Eduardo came over and walked us through the process making everything easily understandable. Our roof was finished in 1 DAY, unlike the other roofing companies we see taking multiple days on one roof. These guys are absolute Pro’s. No mess, great clean up, and good oversight of the crew. Their office team is first class. Nora is an absolute rockstar, I cannot thank her enough for helping me not only with my insurance company and payments, but helping me get the refinancing of my home completed at the same time. If you need someone to go to bat for you...for anything in life...I’d give Nora a call. Julie in the office was also sweet and very informative when it came to claim filing, working with my insurance company and also my mortgage company (we’d switched due to the refinance).
