I had an amazing experience with Giorgio (sorry if misspelled!). I am a newer home owner and never thought I’d having to deal with roofing issues but lo and behold my roof was quite old and not in good shape. Best Choice Roofing was referred to me by a neighbor and having never gone through this process I was a bit nervous. Giorgio was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional and really took his time explaining the process with my roof. Pricing was much better than I expected which is a huge bonus!!! Best Choice Roofing (Sebring, FL location) came out to my house, in Lake Placid, after damage from hurricane Ian, provided a free estimate, explained what all work they were looking to complete and then described how the payment process works with an insurance claim. Edward J. Vasquez, storm damage expert, was key in our family choosing Best Choice Roofing, one can imagine the stress after damage from a hurricane. Edward was knowledgeable and assisted when my own insurance company did/would not fully explain the entire process. Edward and the team put up the roof around the time promised, they came out by 8:00 AM and by 2:00 PM the same day we had a new roof, and a clean yard. Lastly, Edward met me at the property to inspect the finished product, patiently answered all my questions, walked the entire roof, took pictures, and ensure that I was kept informed throughout the entire process, including inspection. The roof was installed 4 weeks before due date...so happy.The team came a daybreak - excellent. They did a very good job with installation and clean up.I deducted 2 stars because I was supposed to get a peel and stick foam underlayment. I paid an extra $2025 for this upgrade. As I was watching, it didn't look right. I picked up a discarded piece of the underlayment they were using. It was the standard, no frills brand.If I wasn't watching, I would've paid for something I didn't receive. I also am not getting the same protection and insulation properties the upgrade would've given me.Disappointed to say the least.Service: Roof installation

This company literally came to the rescue and all thanks to Giorgio for knocking on my door when he did. I know these door to door “salesmen” get a bad rep, but he was honestly looking out for us. And if you see if at your door step. Each person I spoke too had something different to say. Which didn’t help considering the whole process took almost 5 months.COMPANY USES NON BBB CREDITED CONTRACTORS. they used a company out of Orlando who has expired business insurance. Everything is shady about them. Owners with previous lawsuits on other businesses and more.The roof install was don’t not too code, and leaks more than before the replacement. DO NOT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY.
