During Hurricane Ian my shingles were coming off my 18 year old roof so I called Robert E. White Roofing and left a message about the situation. (Yes I had cell service as T-Mobile never went down)I received a call back after the storm and they came and dried it in 2 days after Ian.I wanted / had to get a new roof due to the evident damage and didn't want to wait due to all the roofs that were damaged and or gone as a result of Ian. I also knew that getting shingles / supplies would become an issue if I didn't act fast as every other unrelated business was suffering with shortages and continued climbing high prices at that time. Bottom line, I had a new roof and it was installed in 3 weeks as I didn't procrastinate. Excellent Service, Fair market price, Excellent clean up, Excellent communication as I was introduced to my roof job supervisor as well as the over all supervisor of all the jobs they were doing. This review is way overdue as I did procrastinate on posting this. I can't begin to express my gratitude for Robert E. White and his team of professionals. I wanted to thank the team here at Robert White Roofing! Working as a project manager in Louisville, KY, I had a project in Avon Park, FL that needed a roofers expertise. A sign was installed on the roof and wanted to make sure the penetrations were patched and sealed correctly. Within a couple days they were out there inspecting the roof. Come to find out, the patch and seal work that was completed was permanent and didn’t need any additional work. This team was up front about it and didn’t want to charge me for something that wasn’t needed. That gets 5 stars all day everyday in my book! Will definitely reach out if I land another project in the area.

They replaced our roof and right after that our sunroom started leaking all around the seams. They also left our satellite dishes hanging from the roof on our power box. Service man came out and removed the dishes and told me he would come back and replace the membrane to seal up the leaks. When I called today I was told they did not have time to do a small job but mean while I have water leaking into the roofing system and possibly molding. I will hire another company to fix the problem as this company’s word don’t mean nothing. Find another roofer if you don’t want the head achesService: Roof installation

Called for an estimate to put new roof on detached garage on Wednesday Mar 31.. Was impressed with conversation with lady i spoke with. They sent someone out the next day to take photos and measurements. Was told i would be called Fri or Mon with quote. Waited until the next Friday for call before calling them back. My call was not answered. Called several times and left msg. As of today(Apr 20) have not heard from them. Could have at least called and said they were not interested in the job. They may do great work but their protocol sucks! It's ok to just say you're not interested in doing the job.

Feb1st, 2018I had a new expensive metal decorative roof installed byRobert E White II, Inc. It was completed in May 2017.Soon afterit was completed, I noticed problems, and requested repairs.As of today, no repairs have been done.There are scratches on the back. On the side of the roof,leaves and tree debris get inside the openings, and clog it up.On the back there is a metal panel separating the house rooffrom the porch roof, inserted in the openings is a sponge foammaterial. When this material disintegrates, water will pool inthose areas, and will become a breeding ground for mosquitos.I have been to his office several times besides calling him,hoping for a resolution to these problems, he is aware of theseissues but has done nothing.
