Recently I had the pleasure of working with Stanley's Roofing for the replacement of my roof, and I couldn't be more impressed. Having dealt with several roofing companies in the past, I can confidently say that Stanley's Roofing stands out as one of the best in the business. From the initial consultation with Sean Curry to the completion of the project, the team at Stanley's Roofing exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise. They were prompt, efficient, and their attention to detail was truly commendable.Not only did they complete the job in a timely manner (2 days), but the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. My new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing that it was installed with precision and care. Additionally, I must commend Sean Curry, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about my new roof that Stanley’s Roofing just completed on my home. The Project manager Kelly McAvoy exceeded my expectations too by being hands-on with her crew for every step of the process from beginning to end! All details from gutters, flashing, and cleanup were covered! I would not hasten to recommend this company if you’re in the market for a new roof!

The low rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the service received from Stanley Roofing on a single family home re-roofing project. Although the President and Co-owner, Dustin, was responsive and tried to address the issues, the sales representative and project manager acted unprofessionally and incompetently. There were several issues, such as the removal of chimney siding without permission, inaccurate estimates of plywood usage, poorly installed gutters leading to damage, and pressure to pay for incomplete and low-quality work. I had to handle replacing the chimney siding myself, even though the insurance company had approved additional funds after being informed. I was discouraged from contacting the owner, Andrea by the project manager. I found that to be unacceptable. After several attempts, I finally had a conversation with Dustin, who made some adjustments to the project. Dustin changed the reported plywood usage from 8 to 3, installed all new facia/ drip edge and removed / reinstalled new gutters. However, Stanley Roofing did place a premature lien on my house, which was contested and eventually removed. I recall the experience with Stanleys Roofing as stressful and time-consuming. While the owner may care about customer service, they are difficult to contact and employees don't seem interested in the same level of customer service. The letter of commencement was dated in June of 2023. The re roofing job on a 1700 sqft home was completed on November 17, 2023. The lien was filed on 11/14/2023 and removed on 12/19/23. The full payment was released on December 28, 2023.

I am pleased to say that Stanley's Roofing, Inc. did a wonderful job in replacing the entire shingle-roof on my Sorrento, Florida home last month. As for the company, every office associate was most helpful when contacted, but kudos go out especially to Kelly, the assigned Project Manager and my primary point-of-contact. Subsequent to her initial introduction, Kelly was instrumental in keeping me informed as to every step of the roofing process from start to finish, and her response time to any queries that I had throughout the project was expedient and always assuring. In that regard, I would give her a commendable 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, as she exceeded my high expectations. As for the roofers themselves, all members of the installation crew were fastidious in every aspect, inclusive of preparation, tear off, wood repair, vent installation, the drip edge, drying in (to make the roof impermeable to rain and weather), new shingle installation and the post-installation cleanup for fallen roof debris and nails. The entire project was completed in 1.5 days, and my property was very clean when they departed. Should you too consider Stanley's Roofing of Sorrento for your Residential or Commercial Roofing Project? Great service from this company!We had our roof replaced 2 years ago by ANOTHER company, and we were not happy with the work that company provided arlt all. So when we recently found a roof leak near our chimney, we decided not to use the original company again (even under warranty!), but instead stopped by the Stanley Roofing office. The staff were very polite and sent someone out right away to take a look for us. The repairs were scheduled for a few days later. They showed up bright and early and right on time to get started on the repairs.During the repairs, it was discovered that the problem was slightly bigger than originally thought. The workers on site quickly and clearly relayed all info to their supervisor, who then were in contact with us throughout the day, informing us of the progress and work changes needed.They worked hard to repair as much as they could that day and were sure to seal everything up water tight at the end of the day. They came back 2 days later after other repairs were made (fireplace structure work) and finished the roofing job. They did excellent work, fixed all the problem areas, and blended in the replacement shingles perfectly. The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves completely.I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone needing roof work. Very professional, polite and good at their jobs!

We were hit by Hurricane Ian and needed a new roof. We met Dustin Stanley by chance when he was in our neighborhood. They worked with our insurance company with us and we upgraded to a metal roof from a shingle roof. From the time the tear off crew showed up to completing the install was two and a half days. Everyone was professional and courteous, they were on time and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.The office personnel were professional and helpful in assisting us through the process of working with the insurance company and in getting all the required permits.Our new metal roof compliments the home and looks fantastic. We were so impressed with Stanley's roofing we have recommended them to several others. Stanley roofing did our roof a few months back. We had bought a new house with a 16 year old roof and knew we would need it replaced just due to age, and Kelly came out did a very thorough inspection! She got up on the roof, felt around, looked, and really tried to give me the best estimate for our roof!We had a few quotes, and hers was by far the MOST detailed! Rather than just a generic number, she broke down the costs explaining materials, labor, and predicted problems when the old roof came off. To be the cherry on top, her quote WAS more affordable as well! I went with them due to the clarity of the quoting and roofing process. I got to pick my color and was very happy with the charcoal we picked to complement our white brick house!There was a delay with the permitting, but she kept me informed each step of the way! We were well prepared to move the dogs out the day and a half they were putting the roof on and she had the dumpster pulled within a few days. They were very conscious to clean up all nails/trash since I had a dog and a puppy. We are so thrilled with the final result as well as the ease of the process and the communication throughout the process. Definitely get Kelly to come out and quote you if you are in Volusia or Seminole county!

Stanley Roofing, although widely recommended from their great reviews, left something to be desired when it came to their work ethic and business management, including a driveway and yard full of nails and debris. The company was professional and courteous leading up to the installation but when the day of installation came everything started to go downhill. My partner and I couldn’t be there due to work, but when we returned home we found a massive mess left behind. Scraps of the old roof and nails were literally EVERYWHERE even after their “clean up”. On top of our AC units, in our rain barrel, and all over the yard and driveway. They also knocked over our tiki torches and solar lights, broke a floodlight, chipped the siding of our house and even left their own personal soda cans behind. That night we reached out to them and they apologized and offered to replace the floodlight. When day 2 came for them to finish the roof, no one ever showed up. The county inspector even showed up to look at their work and was unable to do so without them. I reached out to them and had to leave a voice mail. When my call was returned only then were we told that everything had been rescheduled for the next day with no prior communication to us. We are praying for the best, but ultimately disappointed with their service.Service: Roof installation

I recently hired Stanley's Roofing to replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The initially did an inspection and thought I had enough wind/hail damage that insurance would likely cover the roof replacement. Nick met the adjuster and went through their findings in detail and the adjuster recommended covering the replacement.From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The team was professional, efficient, and skilled. They completed the job on time and within budget, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They also acted as project manager while also coordinating uninstall and reinstall of my solar system with the solar contractor. My new roof not only looks fantastic but also provides me with peace of mind knowing it's built to last. We recently had our roof replaced by Stanley's Roofing in Daytona Beach and they did a great job. From the start of the first inspection Kelly was professional and on point. She recommended a roof replacement as there was several areas of damage from multiple storms. STANLEY’S ROOFING IS THE BEST…Having our shingles blow off during Hurricane Nicole was frightening especially since our home is only 6 years old. From the very first meeting with the owner Dustin, he was very thorough, explained every step in detail, and did in person inspections throughout the whole process. He promptly worked us into his schedule, boots on our roof within 3 weeks. The support staff is amazing. The office admin (Alysia) got all of our paperwork completed efficiently and the ball rolling in one day, I had nothing to worry about. The installation crew was top notch, they worked for three days, non-stop and with so much care for our property. Roof replacement is a “messy” process, but these guys cleaned up throughout the day with not a single nail or piece of paper left behind on our property. I was truly impressed! I have to give thanks to Bo, Sean and Jason who were at my home every day, checking everything several times a day, and fixing the builders subpar work from 6 years ago. Our lender inspection passed and the inspector stated he was “highly impressed with the quality of work”. I cannot express how grateful I am to STANLEY’S ROOFING for replacing my roof, making this process stress free and mostly for the attention to detail and care for our property. Hands down one of the best roofing companies out there. After getting several bids from other companies, Stanley's Roofing stood out for there use of quality products, experienced employees and for there ability to work within a set budget. By far they checked all the boxes I required to get my home reroofed from Day1 at 7:30am to Day2 at 1pm they replaced my entire roof and left the property cleaner than it was originally. I cannot say enough great things about this company it was amazing to watch there perfectly synchronized crew remove and replace every element of my roof. We first came in contact with Eric Rood from Stanley roofing a couple of days after Hurricane Ian. My neighbor had them at their house and they brought Eric over and introduced us to him. Being the skeptic that I am, I checked the business thoroughly before deciding to use their services to repair our rood.Our roof had more than 50% damage, so it had to be replaced completely. Stanley Roofing was very up front about everything that needed to be done. They gave us an estimate for everything, and in concert with our insurance company, we gave them the go ahead. They tarped our roof immediately. When our insurance adjuster finally came to make they inspection, Stanley Roofing was here to meet with them also.Stanley Roofing employees were very well prepared to replace the roof, getting inspections done in a timely manner and doing a professional installation. They were very conscious of the property around the house and cleaned up the debris at the end of each day.After hearing so many horror stories about roofing companies, Stanley's Roofing was a delight to work with. They communicated with us about everything, including delays in obtaining materials, but our roof was completed from permit in a less than 60 days. Of course, due to city of Cape Coral final inspections, that took a little longer, but we felt very pleased with Stanley's Roofing.We strongly recommend them for any roofing repairs and needs.We would use them again.
