I was referred to over the top roof repair by 3 different coworkers that had their roofs done by them. To be honest right off the bat we liked them right away, Charlie came out and met with us personally not just a drive by and a quote in an email like all of the other roofers. That customer service sold us and we knew we wanted them to do the job. The day of the job we were introduced by Sergio and Mike and asked us if we had any questions. Everything was done in a timely matter. I was beyond pleased with them and glad we went with such a great company, They get a 5 OUT OF 5 STARS in our book!!!

Marlon and Josue were assigned my roof repair. It's one of those aluminum roofs that extend out towards my patio cage. They were very pleasant and courteous and answered all my questions. As they were moving forward with the project you could see their expertise and professionalism. They were expert carpenters. They needed to replace about 8 feet of some fascia woodwork. They were both great.I can say their workmanship was OVER THE TOP. It hasn't rained yet. They were confident that my leaky roof issue was resolved.Thank you Marlon and Josue.

I had a great experience with Over the Top Roof Repair Company. Charlie came to our home and had an estimate and drawing of what needed to be done. His office called and scheduled me for the repairs. Marlan and Josue worked all day to get it done. Joshua also came a couple days later to finish some cracked tiles. All employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Very dependable business!

I used them to do a roof flashing repair/reinstall. They were not the cheapest and the initial work had some issues that did not meet what I expected. But they sent Marlon out to address the finish work concerns within a week. Good communication all around.Would’ve given 5 stars if the work was done right the first time but credit them for making it right in the end.

Outstanding workers. Josue, Sergio and Fidel were on time and got to work immediately. They were constantly working for 9 hours. They returned the next day, on time again and finished up in an hour. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work ethics. Great guys to do a great job.

I'm very pleased with the leaky roof repair by Over the Top Roof Repair. From my first meeting with Charlie, scheduling with Jimmy, and then the workers Fidel and Yadiel, everything went smoothly, organized and on time. Fidel and Yadiel were very friendly, respectful and I felt like they were knowledgable. They cleaned up their mess and were careful not to damage my newly painted driveway. After living in our new house for a short time, we realized we didn’t have as many years left on our roof as we thought initially. We started having leaks. This was a very stressful time. We interviewed lots of roofers and Charlie left the best impression on us. From start to finish, the process was not stressful at all. I have dealt with quite a few business in my time and I tell you the process of finding a roofer is not fun. My wife however is very good at finding the diamond in the ruff and this time she found the one of a kind diamond. We called quite a few roofers and we really didn't know what to do until we happened upon Charley and Over the Top Roofers. What a real blessing to find an honest, down to earth, tell it like it is, businessman. From the minute we met him he told us what to expect and he even told us about a grant program the state was offering to help us pay for the roof! Then as far as the work is concerned!! This was our 2nd time using Over the Top and we are so glad we did, again. They gave us a fast estimate and kept us informed of when the job would be done. On the day of the job, Sergio arrived on time and worked many hours in the hot Florida sun on our repair. He did an amazing job. I would definitely use this company again. The owner is a Martin County native whose father was a roofer. Charlie was picking up nails for his Dad when he was 8 and learned the business growing up. Charlie, his wife and employees were kind, responsive, and thorough. They were able to save the existing gutters on our home, whereas others would have removed them. The property was neat as a pin when they finished and our new metal roof looks great. Charlie came out to meet with us himself and explain the process when we were getting quotes. Their price was competitive too. We had a tight deadline to meet to keep our existing insurance and Over the Top met it with a few weeks to spare. Highly recommend.

Boy!! was I glad that I called them about a leak in my entryway ceiling. I worried about an approaching tropical stormThe leak was in a seam that was joined by the wall of a bedroom.Charlie was very quick to respond and get the ball rolling.On September 23rd Fidel came to repair the leak. The roof was cleaned and power washed. The roof was repaired where the leak was and the whole roof was treated so there would not beany more leaks. Fidel kept me informed with photos of the work that was going on and explained everything. Fidel did a very good job of cleaning up my property when he was finished.It wasn't long after when the rains came. three days and nights of heavy, scary, noisy rain.
