I recently had Massey Roofing install a new roof in my house in Seminole County, FL, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they took care of everything including the permit and their team displayed professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. The installation crew was prompt, skilled, and meticulous in their work. I only once had to bring to their attention to clean the grounds one more time as there were some nails on the floor and they did it promptly and apologized for the mishap. The quality of materials used is excellent, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal. I highly recommend Massey Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you for a job well done!

This company is shady. They reuse products from other roofs trash. They screw you over for a dollar. Have no morals, no ethics, would not waste my time even on an estimate. This company is sure making a name for themselves in this community.

I would not recommend Massey Roofing. Some of his crew were inexperienced and made errors that cannot be corrected. Manager Ty seemed distant and unresponsive.

I have a multi-surface roof and I had some trouble with the flat roof over my laundry room. I called Massey on the recommendation of a friend and Ty came over the next day to put coating on it to prevent any more issues. He also cleaned off my roof because it was definitely In need and I have a hard time gettin up there to do it. He and everyone at Massey Roofing were polite, attentive and professional. The best part is that I have had zero issues with my roof since. He even left extra product in case I encountered any problems but I have not needed to use it. I looked at four different roofing companies and it was hands down obvious I needed to choose the Professionals of Massey Roofing. The workers showed up when they said they would. They were efficient, courteous and fast. My roof was done in less than two days and they made certain they kept our property clean the entire time. My roof issue involved concrete tiles which were a bit difficult to source but they managed to get some all the way from down south. Sometimes its a bit hard to get a hold of Ty because they are so busy, but the workmanship is excellent and so far I have no leaks. They did a great job on my roof. TY quoted me an estimate after hurricane Matthew and I chose a different company. Then after Irma (my roof was only 4 months old) my roof needed replaced again because the other company put it on Incorrectly. TY came out again and quoted me again for my roof. I told him what happened and how old my roof was. He was professional and honest. I won't think about referring anyone else to my customers for their roofing needs.

Massey did a speedy and professional job of installing a new roof at a reasonable cost. The crew was efficient and very polite. During the install my AC went out. They noticed it first and by the time I was home they had called someone to troubleshoot the problem.It was after hours so their help was especially important. By 9am the next day I was up and running. The AC issue was NOT their fault but they proactivelyaddressed the issue. Everything that was in the contract was done above and beyond with expertise service!
