Had a new roof put on 2 years ago from Mason Dixon.After a bad rain storm in April 2021. We had a roof leak around our chimney area. The inside ceiling showed where the leak was. After calling for 3 weeks and no one answered or returned our call I had to call another roofing company and paid for something that should have been covered from my guarantee from Mason Dixon.Watch come hurricane season they will be soliciting business again. What good is a guarantee if they won't come out before the warranty expires. Never even had the courtesy to return a call.

Since June 2019 I sent them a down payment check to begin the repair of my house after hurricane Michael. This is the date that don't begin the repair yet. It is ridiculous! They started to repair the house in March 2021 and it is May 28, 2021, they still in repair. They come one of two days for 3 to 4 hours. Work on my home didn't start until over a year after we hired them. Work began Oct 28 2019. Nobody has been working on my house since Feb 18 2020.We can't get them to put a finish date in writing.

I had a roof replaced it took almost 3 years, in the process they damaged my ceiling on the second floor. During the roofing process they let rain damage my back porch ceiling and my front porch ceiling my living room wall and garage ceiling. I try calling them for over a year to get this repaired but all I get is lip service for repairs. I have spoke with Patrick i have spoke Andrew I have spoke with Paul The list goes on!!!
