Called to schedule an appointment and they mentioned someone would call back in 15 mins and no one did. I waited a couple of hours before trying to call back. When I attempted to call back with the same number it would just disconnect. I then called from a different number and was able to get connected. I explained that I had called earlier and did not receive a call back. A technician called me after the second phone call and I made an appointment for him to come the next day, but he was a no show and did not return my call after asking if he would be arriving for the appointment. Clearly this business doesn’t want my money. 1-star unprofessional and unresponsive, waste of time.
