I called them after reading their great reviews. I called over this past weekend and was told they would be here Monday morning at 10:30 AM to look at my broken tiles and give me a price for the repair. Monday at 12:30 I called and was told that there was a 3 hour window and they would be at my home soon. At around 2 I got a call saying that they couldn't make it and they wanted to come on Wednesday. I agreed. Two men showed up at my ranch home with a 28 foot extension ladder to inspect my roof. The man said that I had 9 or 10 broken tiles. I asked how much and the man said he would have the boss talk to me. I expected him to come back with the boss on the phone to speak but the next thing I know the pickup is driving away. I waited until Thursday afternoon for a call before I called again and left a message that I was unhappy and expected a call. It is now Friday. I called at 8 am and told them I didn't want to leave a bad review but I expected to be contacted within the hour. At 10 AM i called and asked to speak with the owner before I left this review and was told that it is an answering service.I always try to clear up any issues before leaving a bad review. This company doesn't seem to care.

Two Brothers Roofing Repair Service is the best roofing company I have ever come across. Their technicians are very polite and helpful.They kept me updated throughout the process and took their time to answer my questions. They were able to repair my roof within the expected time and their charges were very fair.I would definitely recommend them.

I set an appointment for last Thurs 11am - 1pm. No call, no show. Called them the next day to ask if there was a reason, and I was told my info would be sent to the manager for follow up. It is a week later - no call or follow up. Wish I had not waited around for them last week.
