HIRE ANC ROOFING! I initially contacted ANC Roofing to investigate a leak I was having. The response was fantastic. Within a few days someone was onsite to inspect the issue. That was followed up with pictures and description of the problems found.However... this was only the beginning! Arman then contacted me, and suggested I file an insurance claim, as the repairs would likely be covered by insurance. I ended up getting a complete re-roof.Let me tell you, the experience with ANC for the re-roof was great. A team of about 10 guys descended on my home early one morning. they covered everything around my home in tarps to protect from falling debris, even covering my entire pool! They pulled the old roof, replaced any rotted wood / rafters that required it, and install the new roof all in one day. they cleaned everything up and left... an you couldn't even tell they were there. Just great.The communication and response from everyone in the office was great as well. All of my emails and calls were responded to extremely quick. It just could not have been a better experience.I will absolutely use ANC for any future work that needs to be done.

My roof was in need of a re-roof and ANC Roofing along with Jim Weaver (sales rep and estimator) were highly recommended to me by a friend. Jim Weaver was friendly, highly knowledgeable and provided me with a fair estimate for the job. It immediately became apparent to me as to why both where highly recommended. - Friendly, professional and highly experienced! One can see why they’ve been in the business for over thirty years. The entire process was pleasant experience and went without a hitch. And everyone I interacted with: Jim, Julberte, Jessica and the roof workers were all friendly and professional. As for the roof itself, it looks great. And I should add that the roofers did an excellent job from the initial set-up to the final cleaning of the area once the roof was completed.Would I recommend ANC Roofing? I had a broken tile and after calling a few roofers; these guys seemed very professional and they came and did the work and I think its all been quite good. I don't know what is going on on the roof but all they did was very professional and competent and good as far as I can tell. Im happy with the service. I have had roofs for 40 years. Many repairs. And nothing has even been any better than this.

We have just had our 23 year old shingle roof replaced. From start to finish we had a very positive experience using ANC Roofing Inc. Jim explained everything to us up front, answered our many questions and then provided us with a clear competitive quotation. I recently replaced an old damaged roof on my rental home with a beautiful new one in order to find an affordable rate insurance policy. It’s very unfortunate there are several insurance companies cancelling policies because of high catastrophes including hurricanes and lightning strikes. ANC Roofing was referred to me since I do not reside in Florida. They quickly emailed me a reasonably priced quote since my current insurance policy was close to expiring. Their professionalism and service was top notch as it was completed quickly even during thunderstorms almost every afternoon. They also have done a fantastic job sending me many before and after photos of their meticulous work. The crew was so detail oriented as I didn’t realize the amount of damaged wood replaced under the old roof. So I feel very confident ANC Roofing installed a new roof that will last through most catastrophes and especially backed by a nice warranty. Thank you!

I decided to replace my aging tile roof with shingles and I contacted 4 different companies. By far Arman at ANC was the most professional and knowledgeable of the reps that I had contact with. A 20 year warranty is offered with this established company who has been in business for over 25 years which means their warranty has value.Further details if you care for a longer review:ANC’s estimate was presented in a themed folder including insurance, licensure, and client recommendations/ contact numbers. ANC’s estimate is comprised of a list, some of which is written in roofing terminology. I spent time with Arman Hedayat of ANC reviewing his estimate, and comparing it with others. Even though ANC’s estimate might look brief, it's not. They include more in their scope of work than other companies, along with competitive pricing .I invite you to be aware of other glitzy- looking roofing packages & go deeper to what these estimates are really telling you. Some roofing companies are focused on sales, advertising, or endorsements to sports teams. Some are venture capital entrepreneurship endeavors simply being cultivated in order to sell off for a profit. Others are bankrupted companies reorganized. ANC is none of that. I did my due diligence & learned ANC is an established company with over 25 years of stability. In this market, roofing companies come & go. To find one with longevity is important. One which offers a long warranty is special. ANC offers a 20 year warranty.I invite you to have an awareness of hidden fees. Be sure to compare your estimates. Ask questions.An example I encountered is a super gutter situated on top of roof tile which had to be proped- up off the house to do the tile exchange. Some estimates ignored this element entirely, some added it as a premium. Arman addressed this spot immediately & it was included in our estimate.Overall, I found ANC to be very transparent with what they are doing. Everything has been clear and fully disclosed. ANC is focused on their roofing company only, which translates to keeping clients happy & costs lower.Arman, my main point of contact, has been a patient & willing teacher. I’ve asked many questions over text & actual phone calls. Arman never has been exasperated or annoyed with me. He’s been patient, explains things well & has been detailed every step of the way.Regarding the roof removal & installation there were two teams: One large team for removal & one small team for installation. William, Carlos, & Pedro were onsite most days supervising, doing detail work, or cleanup. Clean up was a lot messier than I had expected. Near project completion, we had a concern with the cement detail work on the tiles. I called Arman who arrived on- site the next morning and got things handled quickly.Overall, I’m really happy with the new roof. The aesthetic I wanted has been achieved. Most importantly is the integrity of the roof is present and its not leaking.A personal aside here…. I have found working with Arman to be unparalleled. In addition to being a good businessman Arman is a true gentleman: genuine, polite, clear & direct, compassionate, & calming. Arman embodies the philosophy of “leave things better than I found them.” He cares about his work, his employees, & his clients, all the while he maintains a professional decorum. I experienced a health concern during the time the roof was being replaced. Arman reached out personally to help.
