I recently had my roof replaced by Certified Roofing Solutions Winter Garden. I'm a retired contractor and they exceeded my expectations. They showed up when scheduled and completed my roof per dates given to me. From Sybeela, Scott my estimater, Matt the project manager and his crew were very professional, courteous and left my yard spotless. I would use them again if ever needed. My roof isn’t even fully finished yet, but the awful customer service my husband and I have been receiving since we started the roof process with certified roofing solutions has been enough to compel me to write a review. Particularly our dealings with MaryAnn have been less than ideal. We were scheduled to have our roof started on Friday 4/12 and finished on Saturday 4/13 or Monday 4/15. It appeared that the job was finished early, but nobody told us anything on Friday, so we expected a crew to show up Saturday or Monday. Both days nothing. Yet today (Monday), my husband received a voicemail from MaryAnn saying that a few nails are still needed and the roofers would come by on Tuesday. My husband called her back, but she was not available. He left a message with the receptionist, but we still never received a call back to reschedule. I work from home and cannot have loud banging going on during my work calls. This is specifically why we asked to schedule on a Friday, Saturday and Monday. Based off the customer service, I really wouldn’t recommend going with this company. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone for scheduling and they are not accommodating. You pay a lot for a roof, so I urge you to think hard on the company you go with. Experience and customer service matter.

Bryan, with Certified Roofing Solutions, has always gone above and beyond for me when I have any issues with my home. After the tornado that passed through a month ago, I sustained damaged. I called the company and they sent Bryan out within a couple hours, even though there were 100’s of homes damaged from the storm. He inspected my entire roof and other than the damage to the metal over my windows, he assured me the roof itself, did not suffer any damage. I will never use anyone other than Bryan Moore with Certified Roofing Solutions and they will always be the company I trust and that I refer to my family, friends and neighbors.

We noticed a leak in our skylight, Certified came out within the week to check it out. There wasn’t any issue with our new roof, it was the skylight seal. They temporarily fixed the issue while contacting the manufacturer for a permanent resolution.Excellent customer service!

This is the rainy season and they managed to get it done working around the rain. Travis Brothers did a great job of keeping the debris under control. All the workers were very polite. Today I had a final inspection of my new roof by Slade. My entire experience working with the people from Certified Roofing Solutions has gone well. My first contact was with Rob. He assessed the hurricane damage and he spent time with me explaining the process and what to expect along the way. Sybella was very knowledgeable at dealing with my insurance company as we went back and forth getting my claim adjusted to cover the damage beyond my hurricane deductible . The other people including Denis whom I spoke with on various phone calls were all helpful and professional. Last Sunday a double sized crew showed up first thing in the morning and worked hard all the way until sunset…and our new roof looks beautiful. WOW! First, the job took a week to begin, not 3-4 months other roofers needed. Emilio and his crew were efficient, fantastic job, cleaned up around the whole house and pool area. I never found a nail let alone a piece of paper. It took 2 days working around the rain . The whole team had smiles on their faces like they were really enjoying themselves.
