We recently had a roof leak after a long weekend of rain, so we contacted Davis Roofing & Restoration to come out and take a look. Daniel came out the next day and inspected the roof, finding that we not only had an area which was leaking, but we also had excessive windstorm damage. He suggested that we submit a claim to our insurance company, which we did. To our surprise, the Insurance Company approved the claim in full. As soon as we received HOA approval to move forward, Daniel, Brandon & their crew were out a few days later with our roof being fully completed in 2 days. Throughout our experience with Davis Roofing & Restoration, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We could not be more pleased with the results and how our home looks with the new roof. I would and will recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Had my roof replaced back in 2023 and it turned out great. Plenty of options to choose from and added improvements that the last roofer didn’t mention before. First I want to say i am elderly, and get very nervous dealing with house issues especially expensive ones.. I was getting a lot of men ringing my bell to tell me I needed a new roof. So it was important to me to find a good roofing company. A good friend recommended Davis Roofing. I called Jathan Murphy, and explained what I was going through. He came the very next day and went up on my roof and said what he found was there was definitely roof damage from storms we had gone through. He also said if I wanted to put a claim in my ins. Co. he would meet with the adjuster to show them the damage he found. He came when adjuster was here and he and the adjuster when up on the roof. Nathan then told me he would work with the adjuster to come to an agreement. I was so relieved that I didn’t have to do that. The next thing I knew a new roof was being put on, and I couldn’t have been happier. He handled everything including getting me gutters as well. He kept me updated on everything I didn’t have any worries or concerns, I can’t thank him enough for making this large task so easy and stress less. What a beautiful roof it is, and one more time Thank You and the company for my new roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Catherine Olson

I called on a Monday about a small, 4 tile, repair. Daniel was out on Wednesday to inspect and it was repaired on Friday, this was after they had found tile to match our roof. They were professional, courteous and responsive.

We hired Davis Roofing to do a roof replacement on a large home in Delaney Park. From the first contact to completion, Daniel made the process very smooth. We were installing a rooftop solar system and needed to ensure that certain prep work was done to accomodate the solar system (moving vents, etc.). Davis Roofing was more than willing to work with our solar installer on the necessary coordination. Daniel was great at communicating throughout the process and was more than happy to answer any questions. We had a minor leak in our bathroom after Hurricane Ian came through. After calling numerous roofing companies that told me that they only do full roof replacements, I finally found Davis Roofing and Restoration who was willing to come out and take a look. As a Realtor in the Orlando area I often need to recommend clients to roofing contractors. In my 30 years experience, a recent roof job I received from Davis Roofing & Restoration was the most exceptional job I ever received. My clients received a written estimate 1 day after I contacted them, and our clients approved the job a couple days later. Supplies were ordered, permits were timely applied for, and the roof job (tear down, re-roof) took exactly one day. The job site received the most thorough clean-up I've ever seen, and the dumpster was removed the next day. The sales manager/field estimator (Lance Comer) also came to our closing with the final lien release, in exchange for their final payment. He brought all the warranty paperwork personally, and everything was put into the name of the new buyer. I could not possibly ask for a better experience with Davis Roofing & Restoration, and look forward to giving them many more referrals. Contacted 4 other roofers to repair some minor damage after the last 2 hurricanes blew through Orlando. 3 no shows, and 1 took money, which they later refunded when they couldn't do the work. I made a request via the website to Davis and Daniel R called me back soon thereafter. He was out within a couple of days to give me an estimate, and the roof was repaired within about 10 days...at the quoted price.
