The techs at Dri-Rite were so professional and really made our home emergency manageable. Christian, Anthony and Ale(jandro) were so careful and meticulous in removing all of our damage from the water pipe burst. Charles and Joe followed up with meticulous cleaning and made sure that everything was good to go to put our minds at ease. All of the techs were diligent, efficient and kind too. The equipment that Dri-Rite utilizes was superior in quickly drying inside the walls to mitigate any mold growing. We hope to never have another home emergency like this again, but if anything happens we will call them first! We highly recommend them.

What can I say about DriRite and our two techs Alex and Lewis? Plenty.Woke up to a flood that's caused by the hot water heater breaking down. After calling our insurance agent, he gave us DriRite for remediation. They arrived about 90 minutes later and were.amazing to watch them work. First off Alex and Luis were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked truly as a team. They explained everything as they went along. They were respectful of our property and belongings. And they cleaned up after themselves. Before that left they made sure both of us knew what each piece of equipment did and how it worked. They also set up a time to come back in 3 days to remove the dryers, dehumidifier and air purifier. I know another company does lots of advertising on TV, but DriRite is the real deal.

The guys that showed up for the job were on time, professional, and knowledgeable of the issues. Robert was the project manager and he seemed to understand what needed to be done. Christian and Juan did the labor work, cutting a few holes in my ceiling to find the source of the leak. The only thing I would gripe about is the person cutting the hole could have been a bit more careful, he cut and pulled on the ceiling, causing further damage to the ceiling even though his partner kept telling him not to pull. My parents are in their 70s. Mom called on Sunday morning and said their stool ran all night and flooded nearly half their house. DriRite came in and removed the damaged carpet and laminate flooring along with the damaged baseboards. Robert was extremely professional and friendly during the initial call and first inspection. The next day Alejandro and Ronald showed up and worked non-stop from 11am to past 8pm. Our master shower had been leaking through into the garage and they were very thorough in their evaluation of the situation. They took extra time to prep the area and were so thorough to ensure that none of the dust & debris left the area they were working and went to other places in the house. Highly recommend. We had an unfortunate accident with some shelving collapsing that was holding wine and other items. It was a Saturday afternoon and I actually called 2 other companies before Dririte, but neither answered the phone. With Dririte, my call was answered promptly and communication was easy. Their team came right out to get to work and cleaned the area thoroughly. They truly took a headache and frustrating situation and seamlessly made everything better. I am so grateful for the job well done by the team sent by Noel of DRIRITE Emergency Services to clean up my place due to flooding caused by my leaky HVAC unit. They diligently checked the nooks and corners of my house to make sure that no moisture or wet areas were left unattended. Jesus and Sonny, horribly unprofessional; did not check my water was safe to turn on, and ALL of the damage from upstairs was REPEATED....would NEVER want them in my home ever again. Sonny was concerned with getting his 5$ for the google review, and Jesus wants to "share the blame" for him not checking once tbe water was turned on. Not bad humans, just really bad at their job.

We had a plumbing leak that caused water damage. Less than two hours later, Noel, the project manager for DriRite arrived at our home to evaluate the situation. About two hours after that, one of the crews (Anthony and Santiago) arrived and put up a containment with dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and fans. They were very capable and professional, which reduced our stress levels. Over the next few days, as the drying process continued, other crews came over to modify the drying configuration and check moisture levels. We were very impressed with all of them, including Luis, Nate, Francisco, and Sonny. We were kept fully informed at all times of what would happen next. The company worked directly with our insurance company to obtain payment. As a result of Hurricane Ian, I experienced a massive sewage backup that flooded the inside of my house and Dririte came to my rescue. During a very busy time after a hurricane, they were able to send out a crew to help clean and dry my place after a burst pipe. They arrived very quickly and helped save as much personal property by moving items out of the water, removing all the water and setting up fans to dry the whole place to prevent any mold growth from starting.Robert was the contact person and he checked in often to see how the drying process was going. Not sure how long my dishwasher was leaking until I saw the water damage on an end cabinet. Charlie and Joe came in to do the job. Super nice, new what they were doing, and didn’t mind me “checking out” their work 😜.
