We called Mike immediately upon our return from a trip when we realized the A/C unit had been leaking for a while, the carpet was soaked, the walls showed signs of growth and drywall was wet. Mike and his team were on the scene within hours!! They knew exactly what to do. After destructive testing, Remediation, air quality testing, we are back in business! Using Hero Remediation has been such a positive experience! Mike was quick to schedule a day to come inspect our mold issue under our laundry room sink. The mold test results and report came back within a few days and we were able to schedule a date for remediation. He and his crew were very respectful, professional, and careful in our home.
