Back in April 2023 when South Lake County was hit by hail. I was beyond wanting to deal with any roof company. Hi Low Roofing came as a recommendation from another neighbor and Mike in Sales was beyond professional. We received an estimate without him knowing what the Insurance company was going to pay. Other roofers only wanted to know what the Insurance was going to pay. From the office staff to the onsite project manager that stays with the crew and most importantly the roof crew (that has worked with Hi Low Roofing for many years.) made the experience great. They protected our driveway, AC outdoor Unit, and plants. They had one-person keeping the area clean and picking up nails thru out the day and of course at the end of the job. We are the proud owners of a new and improved roof than the prior builder grade and a real dryer vent, prior to that it was a bathroom vent placed by the builder that we had to make them remove the screen. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Five + Stars all the way for Hi Low Roofing.

I don't often write a 5-star review, but this company deserves one. From the admin to the sales team, and especially the installation team, they communicated with us prior to each phase and definitely knew their stuff. A little thing I appreciated was that all the installers came in one vehicle. It doesn't seem like much, but when you live on a narrow street, having many individual cars parked up and down the road is a problem. We now have a new roof installed that is perfect for the house.
