I met Maria at my place of work, she was a customer. So I inquired about getting my roof repaired and redone. She took my information down and set a date for a quote. I really liked her personality and felt she worked for a trustworthy company. It took a little over a month to get everything done. I am very happy with getting my worrisome roof repaired and redone. I paid out of pocket, and I feel it’s money very well invested. No more worrying ID I’m going to be awakened by a collapsing roof. Great workmanship. They started before dawn, and finished in one day! Pulled off the old shingles, underlayment, any bad wood, and then installed all new, then cleaned everything up, and they were done in just one day. The shingles look great, lined up perfectly, and we're very satisfied. Also, the coordinators and office personnel are easy to work with.Service: Roof installation

After learning that the flashing on my 4 year old roof needed replacing and the original installer was no longer answering my calls, my search began for a company that would undertake the repair. Three companies were contacted: one didn't bother to return my call, the second one told me they could get me a new roof (this is why our Insurance premiums are so high) but Jim from Level Roofing came out and provided me with an estimate for the repair within 24 hours. I thought it was a little pricey at the time especially as we were paying out of pocket but having now had the work done, I see that the cost was completely justified. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the work (hey they put a new roof on in less time than that) and I am extremely happy with the result - shingles match perfectly and the stucco repair is hardly visible. The guys that did the repair worked extremely hard and did an outstanding job. They also found couple of other issues with the roof which they took care of for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Level Roofing for anyone looking for a repair or new roof. Their customer service is second to non and as a Property Manager and Real Estate Broker I will be passing on their details to any of my clients that are looking for an honest company, who does the job they are paid to do and communicate well. 10/10.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair
