Stay away from this company completely for your roofing needs. First off - you will not receive customer service at all, secondly, the craftsman on tile roofs in the worst I’ve seen.They have disregard for leaking roofs -missing tiles, broken and cracked tiles.Their subs do not even complete their jobs and believe you will not even find out because who actually goes on roof? This has been a nightmare for me trying to get someone out here to fix major issues and the house is only three months old. There is cement caulking and mud spots all over the roof as well, looking like birds crapped all over it. This is just tip of the iceberg and I’m now hiring an engineer professional to tell me the real damages.Please stay away as this company is rude and will not honor their work contractually. I’m sorry this even has to be posted but will certainly save someone else the aggravation of just wanting a good roof on a brand new home. If there was an option to rate a “0” I would have picked that instead of 1.

outstanding, honest. There are so many vultures on the island post hurricane and Nations Roof is setting the bar on how things should be done. I was told my roof needed to be replaced; nations roof assessed and determined it could be repaired. They even found the discontinued tile for my roof, amazing. Easy to work with, honest, sincere. DO not look anywhere else!

One of your employees driving truck #4 nearly ran me off the road while entering 408 on south st today around 12:00 PM. He sped through the coin lane going nearly 50 mph with no regard for the other two cars ahead of him.

Thus far in our home construction process Nations has not been good to deal with. We have had a 75% completed roof for two months now and before that shingles were left on our roof for over a month to bake in the wrappers and slide off on to the ground. We have multiple problems now from the roof sitting in daily rain and no one at Nations is doing a thing. My wife is five months pregnant with our first child and we hope this to be our forever home now she obsesses and worries about it daily as our roof and fascia continues to rot. All of this could have been avoided by just completing the roof months ago .Service: Roof installation
