I recommend to use Ocean Roofing great company.I highly recommend this company. My elderly disabled father is retired living alone in his home in North Port when his roofing was severely damaged by a tornado. I live in California and called many contractors some were booked and some were just to high in price plus we needed a tarp to cover the roof to help it from rain coming inside the house, some just did not care they just wanted the full amount before starting, as we all know insurance companies take a couple of days to confirm the amount and we just did not have that time cause it was raining. But am very glad and blessed that Ocean Roofing came to our rescue in a time of need. They put the tarp that same day knowing was raining without asking us to pay upfront they know how insurances work and they help us in need and walk us the whole process. They never pressure us, the opposite they helped my father in need. We are so thankful they treated us like family and made us feel safe and secure.Trying to organize and communicate with contractors on behalf of my dad was difficult and I was worried about not being there to ensure the work was done properly and to code.Oceans roofing was by far the best value and someone we can trust. Incredibly professional and understanding and made me feel very secure in their ability to take care of my dad and all his needs. They were prompt and provided immediate help with covering my dads roof to prevent flooding and worked with us as our insurance claim processed. The roof looks incredible and I trusted their expertise and advice. They provided accurate updates and my dads roof is FANTASTIC along with gutters and everything. Much better than I could have imagined.They were the only company who I felt would honor their guarantee and I am very grateful that my dads home was in good hands. I had a roof repair on Wednesday October 5th, 2022I paid in full as soon as the job was done (same day) October 5th, 2022I requested an invoice with descriptions regarding the work done, findings on the cause of damage, materials used to rectify it, and time spent on labor. I really need this documentation for litigation with home builders.I was told “Joe will email it to you”I texted Joe the next day October 6th, 2022. He didn’t know who I was “ he erased all previous messages” so I kindly refreshed his memory. He said “ok now I remember” I’ll send you that information (invoice) tonight when I get home”I waited 4 more days until (October 10th, 2022) still nothing! So I sent the following message word for word.“Good morning sir I’ve been checking my email for the invoice since Thursday. I still need your findings of the cause of damage, materials used to rectify it, and time spent on labor. I really need this documentation. You informed me that it would be sent on Thursday. Here is my email address again. (My email) I hope you can help me with this supportive documentation today”He has not responded anymore!I sent the same message to the lady (his partner) she also said “oh, ok I remember” I will call Joe to send it and call you right back”8 hours into day 5 she replies and said she will call Joe again. Today is now (October 11th) day 6 and I still can’t get a simple email invoice which is common practice from all other contractors I’ve dealt with. The following message is the last text I sent after losing my patience with this. I really had high hopes with supporting a local winter garden business.(My last message below)I still haven’t received an email. I’m disappointed and a bit confused on why a customer has to repeatedly ask for something that is common practice for all contractors.If they get back to me timely and professionally I will remove this post, so if this is still posted then it’s still unresolved.

Wish I could give 10 stars! We had such a hard time finding someone willing to do the job we needed done. Ocean Roofing was not only willing to take on our smaller job but did it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend!

This company will take your money and then when you realizethey didn't finish what they were supposed to do, they will notcome back. Joe says he will be back, but never shows up.I was told he would give me a wind mitigation report, but didn'ttake the pictures for the insurance co. When the insurance calledhim, he said he forgot, but he will "do it tomorrow". Never shows upand doesn't do anything. They left tar on my house and damagedwood and would not come back to take care of the problem. Theyreplaced the flat roof over my front porch, but now I have a leakbecause they didn't do it properly. The city of Orlando inspectorlooked at it and signed off on the permit originally. I called the city andcomplained about the inspection and asked why the inspector wouldsign off on it when it wasn't right.They called Joe and he said he would come fix it, but I don't believehim because he doesn't tell the truth. And the work is so sloppyI wouldn't trust him to come back and do it right. I can't eventrust the inspection dept. to protect me against contractorslike this.When you first Joe, you will think he is professional. Don't let himfool you. The only thing he cares about it is getting his moneyand leaving you with problems.

I had 70 square roof, residential 9/12 steep pitch new construction. Several roofing contractors quoted my job. Joe weston( Ocean roofing) was the ONLY contractor with integrity. He honored his quote, when I called with questions he personaly answers the phone and his work was excellent quality! Materials were GAF with exceptional warranty and Joe guaranteed his workmanship for 10years.I have 2 future projects and plan on Joe as the roofing contractor....he has earned my loyalty!Tony Falanga Merritt island Florida.

I had a difficult time working with Joe and Ocean Roofing. He scheduled three times to fix our roof and did not show each and every time. I finally found another person to do the work, and their price was 1/3 the price of Ocean Roofing's price.

Had a bad experience from the beginning. Ranging from delays, cracked driveway and operating with a suspended license which resulted in delays in approval and multiple visits from Lake county building investigatorI would not recommend Ocean Roofing to anyone.

Very bad, Tina Rico owes me 30,000 dollars for some apartments that I got here in Atlanta and now I don't want to pay and Joe doesn't do anything.
