The Crew doing the work was on time, conscientious of keeping a neat work area, and worked efficiently, so much that the roof was completed in one day. Inspections were smooth and payment was easy. I was put into the unique position of having to replace a roof before the sale of my mother's property before insurance lapsed and the sale of it. In FL, unbeknownst to me, one must obtain a roofing permit. Brandon assured me they could complete the job in the necessary time and they delivered beyond expectations of finishing early. Brandon was in contact with me throughout the entire process and so I never felt abandoned in this difficult transition. Proformance Roofing did a great job on my home. The crew was on time and worked through a couple small rain showers. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the roof in one day on an 1800 sq ft house. So glad I was referred to Performance Roofing!
