Above and beyond thorough. Prices were right in the middle which is where you want to be. The team worked well into the night to finish 3 separate tile leak repairs. One valley had been visited by THREE other companies in the past. The crew took the time and showed me where the original Lannar roofers used the wrong flashing and the correct type Sunray was installing. I actually offered to pay more based on the hidden damage discovered after everything was exposed. They will show up, they will do more than you expect and they will clean up where you never knew they were there. By far the best tile guys I’ve worked with (4) in 11 years.

My new roof looks amazing, I was told it would most likely be a 2 day job and his crew ended up completing it in one day! Scot and his team were great to work with and held my hand through the whole process. They helped with all of the paperwork and even took care of the request for the city and HOA. To remove the old roof and install the new was very quick... They were pretty much finished in one day with only a little bit to finish up the next morning. They also were very respectful of my property and picked up everything when they were finished. Sunray roofing was amazing to work with throughout the project. Tony Fontan is great. He came to review my damaged roof from the hurricane, walked through all the steps of replacement and even found an interest free loan for a year. Tony was at the job site to make sure everything went well. I also added gutters since my house did not have gutters. All the crews were professional and friendly. The crews made sure that tarps covered the bushes, pool deck and pool. They even took care of all the clean up. The team cleaned the grass and all areas for nails or debris. Tony took care of the poolClean up. I am very impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness. They are a family owned company and have customer satisfaction at the top of their list. Scott Rounds and Sunray Solar Came out while it was still windy and raining during Hurricane Ian to install a large tarp on my roof to help protect my home! Got me easily approved for a new roof and the installation could not have been smoother! They dropped off the dumpster on Wednesday and on Thursday a team of pros showed up and replaced the entire roof in ONE DAY! 2700 sq ft home. Picked up the dumpster the very next day on Friday! EFFICIENT is an understatement. Winter garden home inspector also spoke highly of his team! Scott Rounds is definitely the guy to have on your side. Revival Roofing did an exceptional job on our roof replacement. Scot was extremely responsive and came out the same day we called for an estimate. He was very professional and transparent with the cost and schedule providing a detailed quote including the total scope, materials, and services. They handled all city and county permitting and even our HOA approval and had us approved and scheduled within a few weeks. Removal of the old roof and installation of our new roof only took 1 day and went without any hiccups. I’m very particular when choosing a company to service my home AND customer service is big for me!! From start to finish this company was impeccable. I initially met up with Scot.. The conversation and his knowledge was different than the other 5 companies I received quotes from. He showed he was more interested in replacing my roof, making me (the consumer) happy and providing a service that I needed. Most of the others were busy with trying to have me execute a contract so they could fight my HOI for more money. Each step of the process Scot and/or Nick communicated with me. The contractors that worked on my roof completed the task in ONE day and cleaned up all the debris. They reached out to me the day the project was finished to inquire if I had any concerns...They showed up the next day to confirm all was in order and that my property was left the way it was prior to them replacing my roof.I can’t give this company enough praise!! Revival Roofing brought my roof's problems to my attention and worked directly with my insurance company to secure agreement to cover the cost of this work. The quality of workmanship and professionalism of the work crews was as good as anything I have seen or experienced.While working on my primary residence, the contractor examined the roof on a rental property and found similar damage. Again, Revival Roofing stepped up and handled all of the insurance requirements.For both properties, from start to finish, the contractor was in and out in a matter of a couple of days. Throughout, the site was maintained clean and orderly. Upon completion the property was left clean and free of debris.
