3 m/g Roofing is top notch. The project manager, Charlie, helped me through the entire project, spoke with insurance, handled all of the paperwork. My roof looks amazing. No more leaks. He got the folks inside to repair ceiling damage and repaint my entire ceiling. Charlie was very professional and polite at all times. Followed through on everything he said he would do. For my roofing project here in Oviedo, Fl I chose 3MG Roofing and Solar. After interviewing several different companies my wife and I chose to work with 3MG for multiple reasons. Kudos and special thanks to project manager Rob King whom handled all communications and scheduling for all trades involved in my roof project. Most importantly, I was looking for a “one stop shop” that could handle my new roofing installation, new gutters, new skylights and the removal and reset of my solar panels. 3MG met those trade needs, including small details such as minor stucco repairs, chimney and interior trim items. The efficiency of all the crews that handled the various trades went above and beyond what I expected. As a result, the new roof installation, code upgrades, county upgrades, county inspections, were outstanding and handled in a professional manner. A spectacular job! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs and the various trades that may be associated with it. Finally, I would like to acknowledge the strong performance of roofing field manager KD and his labor crew. It has been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. To date we have paid $228,472.50. Yes Alex and Harrison are good sale man but after putting down 20% November 15th 2022 we are still trying to have our roofs completed. We paid for five roofs to be completed in 5-6 weeks November 15th 2022. Then was told work would start in February 2023. Work never started within the time frame. Two permits expired because they took so long. Every house work stopped as they had the wrong product and had to reorder. Roofs had to be redone due to poor workmanship. The owner Ozzie said that we were a priority for months. Workers showed up and left without explanation time and time and time again on every house. Tenants were beside themselves with the mess in the yard and products left in the driveway or yard for months at a time. Everyone had nails in the tires. I had to clean up at all the sites because crews threw metal, screws and nails everywhere. Grass died due to metal roof material left in the yards, access to the garage was blocked by metal and dumpster for months at a time.Ozzie (owner) called and said he realized this was a show but promised we would be satisfied with the end result. Said he would continue working until we were happy. Now they don't return phone calls, say they will be back and don't show up. I had to call Drexel metal to see how to cover up the scratches on our "new roof" When I sent them pictures of my new roof they sent me paint for free to try fix the roof myself. I explained they use product that was in our yard for over 4 months and this was 3 MG's third attempt to get our roof correct.Now they are sending me emails they are going to a collection agency for a tenant’s roof that isn't competed even though I said I would once completed; deposit was $21,400. I paid out for 17th $48,100, Progress $63,705, here $77,917.50 44th $17,350 deposit and as of this date 10/16/2023 have not received a final invoice.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation

We used 3MG Roofing and Solar for our recent roof job. From start to finish we were extremely happy. Our sales rep Chase was easily available and went out of his way to make sure I ordered the color shingles I was interested in. All communication with the entire team was on point. We ran into a small issue with something and it was handled professionally and quickly. You can't ask for anything more than that from a company. They were quick and did a great job cleaning up after the install. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to get a new roof. Nice job 3MG!!!!

I can’t say enough good about my time working with 3MG on my new roof. Like many folks in Florida, my insurance company was leaving the state and I was looking for a new carrier. I had a LOT of trouble with getting a new policy due to the age of my roof. Time for a new roof!Sergio Salcido was the 3MG representative I worked with and I’m grateful I did. He assessed my roof, found weather-related damage and really worked hard to get my insurer to cover my new roof. The amount of advocacy and work he put in can’t be overstated.I have a fully covered, beautiful roof that my neighbors complimented so much another neighbor got a new roof as well with Sergio. I want to call out how phenomenal this company is. We had a leak that we noticed in our bedroom after a robust thunderstorm. We contacted three of the large roofing companies in the Orlando area and we were immediately contacted about 1 hour after the online inquiry by a gentleman named Charlie. Charlie came out to the property that same day and obtained pictures of the damage and was able to get a quote that day! We scheduled the repair for the earliest opportunity thereafter. It was the most efficient and professional experience I have had with a contractor AND I never heard back from the other two service providers… I appreciate the great work, excellent communication, fair pricing & hyper efficiency! Had Will Buckley out from 3MG and couldn't be more impressed! After moving into our house we noticed a roof leak. We called Will and he was out the following Monday. Whereas the other roofing companies I called had a two-week waiting, he identified the league and advise me to get back with the home inspection company as they should have caught it during the initial inspection. ( It was a really poorly done patch visible from the attic). Will could have easily just taken my money but was honest and inspection company ended up covering the cost of the repair! Will definitely use again!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.From my first meeting with Adam, who was very patient and patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, this roofing experience has been phenomenal. Everything played out just as it was explained to me. The materials were delivered as planned, the dumpster came next, and the crew was on site bright and early the morning promised.This was a great experience all around, and here's why:1. Adam was very pleasant, polite, and professional and laid out the timeline for the project, kept me informed, and everything took place just as he said it would.2. Eric, one of the project managers, was very gracious in allowing me to observe and ask questions all day while the project was being completed. Additionally, he was on-site from 6:30 that morning until the project was completed about 12 hours later, both at ground level and on the roof. He answered all my questions (mostly helping me to understand what was happening or why something was being done) and was a real pleasure to speak with.3. Kevin, the site supervisor was equally cordial in answering questions if Eric was unavailable. He also spent the bulk of the day on-site, both at ground level and up top checking and double checking the work to ensure it was highest quality. He demonstrated a wonderful sense of team spirit with the crew, and that spirit was evident in how they responded and completed the project.4. The 6-man crew were the MOST impressive. They hit the ground running (figuratively) and only stopped around 1:00 for a breather and a quick lunch. There was never a time that I could see (and I was out there all day) where these gentlemen were not actively engaged in working on my roof. If someone completed a roof section, they moved to a team mate to assist them. When the roof was completed everyone (including Eric and Kevin) were walking around collecting trash, roofing debris, nails and anything ese that needed to be cleaned away. They even did a check on the side neighbors' property to ensure everything as neat and tidy before leaving.I am so pleased with my new roof and extremely grateful to have had 3MG do the job. They (3MG) are also in charge of the last 2 parts of this adventure, so when the painting and rain gutters are completed, I'm sure I will return to write an addendum to my review.

The representatives were good. Communications were good. However they caused 8k damage by puncturing a water pipe in my roof and management simply took the position of no liability. I’ve now turned the matter over to my lawyers.In addition they broke 8 sprinkler heads in my flowerbeds and did not bother to tell me. Caused another $800.00 damage.That’s not good business is done.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Before the hurricanes hit Orlando back in the summer, I contacted 3 chimney companies and 4 roofing companies to repair my chimney cap and chase. I also had some minor wood rot under the chimney chase that needed to be repaired. The companies were either not interested, the roof was too steep or they did not want to do a small job.Hurricane Ian tore off part of the chimney cap and it poured rain down the flue! Your team was able to tarp my chimney before hurricane Nicole hit and to keep my house from flooding and a costly repair.A new chimney chase and cap were ordered to replace the damaged one. Very nice quality (welds, not caulked) and workmanship. Also, replaced any wood rot under the chimney chase. New wood was also painted before installing it for simplicity.Chad and Jeremy were great to work with.I wanted to say thank you to the team and their support and work during this project. It may have been a small project for your company, but as a homeowner, it was something I could not do and called upon you.Your advertisement at the UCF football stadium (3MG Stadium Club wristbands as I am a season ticket holder) has paid off in more ways than I can count.When I do need a new roof, I will be contacting your company again for service.Thank you again.Lisa WayteGo Knights!

We were extremely pleased with our roof experience with 3MG, from the initial inspection to replacing the gutters and the final paperwork. The Project Manager Ryan Olnek was totally professional, helpful and friendly. It was a difficult process because our insurance company initially denied our claim, but Mr. Olnek helped us find an attorney and an appraiser who worked it out with the company. Every detail was handled with care, including the removal and re-install of our retractable awning and the inside repairs needed. I highly recommend this company if you need a roof- and I would ask for Mr. Olnek!

I want to express my extreme frustration with this company and the lack of communication I received from them during the entire process. After signing up to have my roof replaced after a hail storm my contact Sergio was hard to ever get a hold of again. Once they won the business I was neglected. My wife was pregnant at the time and when they finally schedule the work it was around her due date, I respectfully asked them to delay the work which they did. The problem was there was never a follow up and one day someone showed up at the door to drop off the dumpster, and that was how we found out we (with a newborn) were going to have our roof replaced the following working day.Since this was an insurance claim they also said they themselves were a general contractor and would be able to replace the window screens, gutters, dryer vents, and other outside damage. We agreed to all of the items on the claim.When work began - there was never any discussion of an online invoice process, and we also never received an email of an account to be created for the process. Only did we get one after the work was completed.Come to find out that the company in fact didn't provide the general contract labor and they themselves outsourced it to other contractors! I could have done this and shopped around cheaper or done some of the work myself, however being mislead is such a shady business practice. All of the contractors that showed up for work didn't speak English and when things were wrong we had to sit on their phone with their manager trying to translate for all of us. They incorrectly matched the color of our gutters and fascia and instead of ordering the right material they tried to just paint it instead, and getting my contractor on the phone to fix this was impossible! It was such a miserable experienceOnce the invoice finally came it showed us as past due, since they marked it of the day work started and not work being complete. This is all right before Christmas. There was no conversation of work actually being complete to verify. On the invoice they still had work from the insurance claim that they never intended to complete! I had to fight for weeks for them to get it removed from the invoice. Since they wouldn't respond right away it took until after the new year to remove from the invoice, but they still sent reminders on Christmas day to pay the bill (that was still incorrect by the way!). After the new year the bill finally had the work removed, but did that change the due date to pay them? Nope!They then also reached out to my insurance company without me involved with the additional work they had to complete. That meant another insurance check that had to be indorsed by our mortgage company. Was there any leniency on when this additional invoice was paid? Nope! Instead while waiting for the check to be returned, the company put a lien on our house! To try and ruin our credit score because of their lack of communication is so infuriating, especially since it's an insurance claim they know they were going to get their money. To me it seemed like an extremely bad practice for a company to bully someone that hired them when they were the ones not communicating to us at all!All the while I had been trying to contact my contractor and replying to the admin sending out the invoices but was not getting any responses. This company has shady practices in my opinion. All they care about is getting the contract signed and then they will forget about you. I will never hire them again nor recommend them to anyone I ever meet as this was the worst experience I've ever had being a homeowner.

They all were professional, reliable, responsive and down right easy to talk with.They listened, explained, and patiently answered all my questions. Their hard workfrom handling the business aspect to the roofing to the cleaning up was beyond my expectations. The company should be proud of the way these men kept in touch before, during and after completion. I would highly recommend them.
